I was buying a pack of Camels and some dip and the black guy in the green shirt with the dreads interrupted me as i was PURCHASING and asked me to step aside for some guy behind me. I was genuinely confused, I didn't know someone could have that poor of a work ethic and treat their customers like filth. I don't know off of what basis he was discriminating but he was, because there is no logical reason why anyone would do that. And I just left right as that other guy was leaving without saying a word to the cashier. Just the level of disrespect. I ended up getting the same product at the college mart which is far better and far cheaper by a long shot and they actually treat their customers like customers.
And I was already kind of annoyed because as I walked in two girls working there were swearing more obnoxiously than a group of sailors at a pub. I go to your business to purchase tobacco not listen to your low IQ kindergarten f-bombs. Overall just a bad experience which is a shame because I used to be a regular customer but I'm never shopping there again so thank you for being abysmal...
Read moreHad dealings with the Owner before who likes to argue with you and deny you a refund. When you ask for the money back or say that you will call the police if they refuse to give it, then he mocks you and the employees will join in with profanity and try to intimidate you. Yesterday was my 2nd time dealing with their owner who is as obnoxious as he is money-hungry/greedy. He actually believes himself to be superior to others, or he wouldn't be talking down to others however he sees fit.
He eventually refunded me and then also charged me a 2nd time, so the refund was as if it never happened. I now have to call my bank when possible to dispute the charge. He is a very insecure, and greedy person that will have his employees join in with insulting anyone that tries to get a refund.

They have a wide range of glass, from small inexpensive pieces up to large pricier ones. The ones I looked at were all quality pieces and reasonably priced.
I had an issue with the juice that I bought. It was mismarked by the manufacturer and ended up being super strong menthol which I couldn't vape. I went back about an hour after I had purchased the bottle and explained the situation. Mike didn't even hesitate to make it right, even though it was not his fault at all. A+ customer service!
