Burbank Sports — Attraction in Stickney Township

If i could leave a 0 start right now i would. I gave them my fantasy football trophy to engrave TWO plates at the beginning of August. Thats it. I called multiple times and was always told come get it tomorrow. Due to my schedule and having a 1 year old i wasn't able to go in until September 21st only to come and find out that their machine wasn't able to make the plates within the month and a half span. Now the leagues mad cause it’s been 2 months and I'm sitting here with no engravings. As a customer did I not deserve a call to let me know the process? Or that they weren't able to do it? Why did i have to spend my minimal free time to go get a trophy only to have it be sitting in THE SAME SPOT they put it when i dropped it off? Might be good for bigger companies and businesses for apparel but if you need an individual item i wouldn't go here. I chose this location because it was the closest location to my house. I could find at the time. This is the second instance where they have had this issue with my item. I went to them two years ago and had to wait a month and a half for 1 plate. Worst part is what are they going to offer me? Its a $5 plate and I have no desire to ever return. They cant offer me a discount or anything free because as a customer I’m only providing them $5 of business so its not going to hurt their pockets. It was a very poorly ran situation that provided no communication from the business and any communication there was, was due to the customer reaching out to the business for information.
