I had to come back update my review because I'm no longer receiving 5-star treatment. They still do a great job on my nails; but, the atmosphere is less relaxing & accommodating.
Before, I could come here & relax while receiving my services. Now, you can't relax for all of the chatting between specialists or them being on personal calls while performing their services.
Today, I'm here receiving a polish change (as I just got a no chip manicure & a basic pedicure on 7/16). I have my friend with me (new client) that's receiving a pedicure & a no-chip manicure. We were both told that we would be charged $2 each for a can of sprite. Really? $2 for a hot, 12 oz cup of sprite. They reserve the right to charge but I would think as a returning customer for more than a year that's bringing in referrals/new customers-that would be more important-but, I guess not & that's fine. We were told that you have get a pedicure of $65 or more for the sprite to be free. Lol, guess that's why there's so many sitting there. But, anywho, as I'm continuing trying to relax as my toes dry-2 staff members decided that they come next to me to fold towels & chat. Which that isn't a problem, the issue is that 1 tried to squeeze in an area between 2 stools & it WAS NOT enough space forcing the other stool into my leg. Finally, i moved the stool between us out of the way because she was going to continue to edge into this too small space. Unbelievable. Overall, at least my nail service ( polish change) went well. My tech did well but I really hope the calming atmosphere & good manners return before they turn into one of the less desired nail places. --------‐------------------------------------------------------------ I was recommended by my cousin & thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I didn't have an appointment.
I was greeted with friendly smiles. They are extremely organized (which I love). I was told to check-in on the Ipad & a pleasant technician came right up to escort me to the service area.
My technician was the best. She made sure that I was comfortable, at all times. I got the eucalyptus spearmint pedicure which was amazing & basic manicure. By the time she was done, I was definitely relaxed & ready for a nap.
The atmosphere was relaxing. The music playing was at a comfortable volume. No one was screaming & hollering. Even when they spoke amongst themselves-it was using a very mild tone.
Everyone had great manners. The place is very clean & has plenty of parking. I highly recommend & will...

Well, I think my photos say more than a thousand words, but to give you a little context so that this doesn't happen to some of you, here they are. Yesterday I went to this place because I wanted to remove some acrylic nails and also get the gel X service to be able to start taking care of my natural nails since they are very fragile and break easily. I must say that from the moment I arrived the employees were very attentive, which to be honest I really liked. I thought I had found my new nail salon and I even decided to do my feet at once, but unfortunately my story of terror began in the process of nail removal since the person who was assisting me (I don't remember her name) began to remove my acrylic nails with a nail tip. The truth is that from the moment she removed the first nail I should have realized that this person did not know what she was doing because my real nail looked as if I had torn off the acrylic nail myself, but I told myself, she is the expert you know 😔 She continued removing more nails and I told her that it was hurting and I asked her to use the soak off process since it looked like the "technique" she was using was hurting me. She insisted on continuing to remove them with the nail tip until she saw blood and then that's when she decided to bring a deep plate with acetone in which she made me submerge my entire hand (another technique that I had never had to experience) which is the reason why on my other hand you can see the white marks on my fingers. At this point, I could not continue allowing them to destroy my nails like this so I got up and informed the person in charge, to which I only received a $ 10 discount on my foot service and an apology. Oh, I also forgot to mention that this person put glue on my finger wounds without treating them first and from the various reviews I found of infections contracted there, the truth is that it has me very worried because we go to these places thinking that they are professionals. BIG...
Read moreThis is our go-to place for pedicures and manicures. I usually go to relax and unplug, so when I don't get polish for whatever reason, they don't bother me. This is HUGE bc I have been to places where they badger you until you are either annoyed or give in. Here, I don't worry about it. My husband and I usually get the eucalyptus cool pedicure and it is truly relaxing and a break. They always give a quality massage when they do the scrub exfoliation, apply the lotion, AND when they do the hot stone.
I have also gotten acrylics there for a wedding we were at. They did a GREAT job, but unfortunately, my nails didn't take well. My nails are naturally really strong, so the acrylic was painful for me. I went back when I got back in town and they were so kind in just taking them off and explaining it to me. Didn't make a fuss or laugh or say a single thing except explain to me what I should or could do next time instead. I appreciated that. Before that, I had gotten minimal nail art because I keep my nails short regularly but I have seen some of their work they do on others. Extensive designs that are clean and consistent.
Most important for me is the wait time. Because they are well-staffed, I have waited MAYBE twice or three times since they opened, and those times understandably around Christmas or Graduation times which explains it.
I do see they have a station set up for eyebrows/lashes. They ALSO have a private room with a door for waxing. This would make me want to get my mine done here if I die over other places where there is just a chair in the open. While it's not a big deal, I'd rather not be on display to others while trying to hold my armpit area taught to get waxed. 😂 There is a proper station in the room where things are kept clean and sterile.
Overall, they are consistent in their quality and service which makes them our place for...
