Even though I always place my mobile order 20 minutes prior, and the app says it'll be ready in 9 minutes, literally, EVERY time I've ordered I've had to wait anywhere from 5-15 additional minutes. The drinks aren't great but, unfortunately this is the closest location between places that I frequent so when I need the caffeine, I'm forced to order from this location. After my last visit, I'm switching to pre-bottled starbucks drinks for these emergencies...
Last time I was there, I went to the order pick up station. Again, my order had been placed about 25 minutes prior, but it was no where to be found. I tried to get the workers' attention, but it was during the lunch rush, and I didn't want to be rude, as I could tell they were all working as fast as they could. I had a little bit of time to spare so I waited. After I'd been there for maybe 8-10 minutes, one of the workers asked me if I needed something. I caught her up to speed, and she brought me my order. Apparently, my order was ready when I'd walked in, but someone decided to put my iced drink next to the drive thru window. No idea why. Just a total waste of my time. By the time I got my order, it was super watered down bc most of the ice had melted (it was 98° outside). I was honestly just glad that I was able to get my drink as I was on my way to work and didn't have a whole lot of time to spare at that point! Glad that worker found my order, at least!
Overall, avoid...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually suck it up and take the wrongly made order because I work at a Starbucks myself and understand the pressure of being on bar. But this is ridiculous. I ordered a grande iced matcha with extra cold foam in a venti cup so that I get my moneys worth for the cold foam. I get handed a grande cup because it was rung up wrong. Then when I asked to have it remade, I got attitude. And a horribly made drink outta the anger of them probably having to make my drink again. My iced matcha didnāt have extra cold foam and it was missing the cinnamon powder that I asked for the second time it was made. Then I asked for a tall mocha Frappuccino made with crĆØme pumps instead of coffee flavored pumps but clarified MULTIPLE times that I wanted frap roast still added to it. It was made with no frap roast. The heavy cream was just sitting at the bottom unblended. So disgustingly made that I just threw it away. Baristas are never following procedures. Just dumping matcha into the pitcher without measuring. Pouring refresher base straight into a cup without measuring in the shaker. No oneās wearing name tags. I want my money back. This is the 4th time my order is made all wrong. I never complain. This is my first time actually asking for it to be remade, but Iām fed up. Now I gotta drive extra to go to a Starbucks that actually knows what theyāre doing. I work hard for this money. All...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will NEVER in my life return to this store! My son (who is autistic non verbal) and I were discriminated, disrespected, humiliated, and bullied by the manager at this store. When I approached the register to ask about the bogo promotion (after being charged full price) she rudely told me that I had to use my app to pay in order to receive promotion I then explained that I did use my app then she went in to say that i didnāt mention it so I didnāt get it. In that moment my son coughed and she yelled at him saying (COVER YOUR MOUTH YOUR COUGHING ALL OVER MY COOKIES) I then proceeded to tell her that he is autistic and doesnāt understand what she is saying. My son then coughed again and she yelled at him again louder saying (I SAID COVER YOUR MOUTH YOUR COUGHING ALL OVER MY STUFF) I then raised my voice and told her that he is autistic and does not under and that I wanted ti speak to the manager which she then said she was the manager. I asked for her name which she then refused and said no. I then proceeded to tell her that as a manger she is very rude and that I was going to report her, her response was ādo what you wantā. PLEASE share our story so she can get what she deserves. She disrespected a child with special needs who did...
