Jazmine S @ Trinity Parkway AT&T Location. I have been a loyal customer to this location due to past interactions with previous AT&T locations. I can say that this location is the best location I have encountered with the top employees. They take care of you and assist you with any issues you have. I had just made a stop at this location recently to get a new phone for my boyfriend who had made a big move from New York to California and had lost his phone who was through t-mobile. He didn’t like the way they took cared of him so I recommended my phone company to try. We went to the trinity park location and we had Jazmine as our sales rep. She was outstanding with her interactions with us and she was very knowledgeable with the products of which you sell and have to offer even the promotions that certain phones qualify for. She was so amazing and had such an amazing energy and kept us happy and laughing. I would recommend her to anyone to get the right assistance for any phone service. Im never disappointed at this location and the employees always go above and beyond for you no matter what the situation is. Please recognize Jazmine for her Outstanding Customer Service she gave us, she is definitely an asset to the company and look forward to doing more business with her in the future. Thank You Jazmine so much and keep up the amazing...
Read moreCody and Cliff are the MVP's here -at least for me. I had a sticky problem transferring my cell service over to AT&T with a new phone I'd bought at Costco. I'd already spent hours online and in the store of my previous carrier with no luck and was getting super discouraged. When I entered this location, everyone seemed friendly and attentive, but I have to admit, one of the first team members I encountered tried to suggest I go back to Costco... which didn't make a lot of sense to me, since AT&T is the carrier and SHOULD be able to handle whatever transfer issues I was having. Thankfully, Cody took over and escalated my issue to Cliff, who then went through the (probably not very fun) process of calling the customer service line, troubleshooting everything and finally resolved the problem and got my new phone working. I can't say that if I'd been in the same situation as the first team member, I wouldn't have been tempted to do the same (for a no-commission customer who is just coming in with an annoying problem), but it would've been a HUGE day-ruiner if Cody hadn't taken over to make sure everything possible was done that could be done. And, Cliff seemed like a super capable veteran who made the process surprisingly quick and painless. So, props to them and whatever management encourages that kind of attention -I'm...
Read moreDo not go to this store. This is not an actual AT&T store but an authorized reseller called Prime Communications. They do not have your best interest in mind and will do whatever they can so they can pat their sales numbers and issue new lines.
Bora Phlong tricked my elderly parents and to transferring their landline phone to a cell line and issued them a new device installment plan on it. What should have happened was to allow my parents to pay off an existing installment plan, issue them a new one plan and give them information of porting that number over to a free voice service like Google Voice.
I've been dealing with AT&T for multiple days for over 8 hours. I am now stuck with a line that I don't want and that I can't cancel because of the device installment plan. My parents now have to pay $1,200 to correct the issue that Prime Communtions created. Absolutely ludicrous they are able to use the AT&T name.
If you're in the Stockton area just go to the store on Pacific and Robin Hood. That is an actual AT&T corporate store and the employees there know what they're doing.
I have reached out the prime communications and awaiting a response. Hopefully they'll have a solution and I can change the score. I...
