I’ve been to several Sharetea locations, but nothing compares to the experience I had here, all thanks to Diona. From the moment I walked in, Diona greeted me with a warm smile and genuine energy that instantly made my day better.

She not only recommended the perfect drink (the Classic Pearl Milk Tea with the ideal sweetness and ice level!) but also took the time to explain a few new menu items I hadn’t tried yet. Her attention to detail, patience, and passion for great service truly made the visit unforgettable.

The drink was perfectly balanced, fresh, and delicious—exactly what you’d hope for from a top-tier boba spot. But it’s people like Diona who elevate the entire experience. She’s a true gem and the reason I’ll keep coming back to this Sharetea again and again.

If you ever stop by, do yourself a favor and hope Diona is working that day. She’s the definition of exceptional...

After waiting it out several months/decided to give sharetea a try because they're known for long wait times. The wait wasn't too bad for my second time there as I did an order through yelp and picked it up instantly upon arrival. We got the coffee ice blended with ice cream, Thai Tea ice blended w/pearl, oreo ice blended w/pearl and Taro ice blended w/pearl. The coffee ice blend was very good, probably my favorite so far. My kids said the oreo ice blended tasted more like coconut than oreos, the Taro ice blend came with pudding, not a fan of pudding so didn't really like that. The Thai Tea was pretty good. On another occasion, my kids tried the matcha w/fresh milk and classic mill tea which were also good..Okinawa milk tea was okay, would have liked to see it with brown sugar syrup drizzled around the cup. Taro milk tea tasted too powdery. Staff was pretty friendly...

To the idiot who manages this place: If you’re going to open the day after Christmas, fine, but schedule people. Why does anyone wanna wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks. It’s not like the place was crowded either, maybe like 3-4 groups. Doable in good time if you had a good # of staff on hand.

I ordered at 3:19pm. I got a notif saying my drink was “”””ready””” at 3:32pm….. I didn’t get my drinks until 3:48pm.

To the business owner or General Manager, if you’re gonna have a business open, then learn how to write a schedule, dimwit. I can sense a dumb dumb wanting to cut back on labor $$$ so they can get that quarterly corporate bonus. Just schedule 2 more ppl for peak hrs, hello??
