Starbucks — Restaurant in Stockton

Keep in mind I go to this Starbucks approximately three times a week, as I go to two other locations also. I have never had any type of issue with an employee. Today, I went in and one of the nice young men that I see all the time took my order. I made a joke about how he knows my order without me saying anything because I am there so often. He laughed. I was standing waiting, and the manager made a comment, something about me not having to "worry," thaty order would be coming up. And I THINK something about the look on my face. I didnt really understand what she said. It happened so fast, and I think she didn't really want me to hear all that she said. I could just tell that it was a negative statement. So, let me say that I am blind as a bat without my glasses. Can't even see faces clearly. And I didn't have them on . I was watching the workers make different drinks, and I'm quite sure I was squinting. So, obviously, the manager thought I was making faces, and in her opinion, this was about having to wait. NO, the wait wasn't even long. They are very efficient there, and everyone was busy working. I felt like I had to defend myself and I said to her, "Oh, no hurry. I just always watch how other drinks are made, thinking I'll try something new, but I never do." And I chuckled. She didn't say a word or look my direction again. It's been two hours since this incident, and I am in the car with my husband, seething. I haven't even told him about this, I am so upset. Mind you, I have taken cookies to the employees there after a particularly pleasant experience I had. I took a gift when Marquisa left that location. It is very upsetting to have this...

BRANDON remembers my order all the time! Very personalized and very kind worker! Best Starbucks employee I've ever seen and been a customer to! I'm from Oahu Hawaii, but he has a lot of aloha spirit! The Hawaii Starbucks workers can't compare! Please take care of this employee because he makes Starbucks shine! He remembers how I like my pink drink and how I can't handle a lot of caffeine, whether I have a morning shift or an afternoon shift, he's ready and waiting to help me get my favorite drink in a speedy and efficient time! He is an all around worker who is excellent at hospitality, quality, speed and proficiency!

Even when I have a bad day, he makes my day so much better

Apparently online orders take priority here, rather than the people standing at the counter. The gal would not make eye contact, did not acknowledge me and continued pulling online order stickers and making those drinks for a good TEN minutes. I waited patiently for 20 minutes to get to the front. Customer service does not exist here. I will not be coming back to...
