Horrible service! I had originally gave 5 stars until the next day after picking up my phone everything just kept going down hill from there! I wonder what will be wrong next! I took my note 10+ in to fix the front screen i was then told i had to pay extra to replace the back also. Upon picking it up right before closing everything seemed fine. The next day i realized that the back was not flush with the phone it was sticking out AND the back was a generic back not a Samsung so im not sure if the screen is even legit. I had a few coworkers asking about how my phone was, upon taking the back off to show them we all heard the back crack sure enough the whole back cracked! When i took the phone in to discuss they told me it was not possible for this to happen, i told them that it did happen and i have witnesses if i would have dropped it or whatever they were implying by telling me its not possible, i explained to them how it happened and that before i had the chance to call in about the issues i noticed, this had happened! anyways i was told to wait 3 weeks for their distributor to get the legit samsung parts and not remove the case and they would call me. Its been well over 3 weeks, no call at all. A few days after the inicial problem i was and still am getting complaints from everyone when i use my speaker phone and i mean everyone i talk to has the same exact issue with my speaker. Also my battery dies so fast now and my screen has glitched and froze quite few times as well as my phone has completly turned off and on all with out me even touching it. horrible, horrible service i dont even want them to touch it to fix it. $400 wasted and my brand new phone is in worse condition it was in before i took it in the first place!! Read moreI came in to get a phone screen repair. I had a ton of different issues with it after. They damge my lower mic. I went back after talking to the assistant manager over the phone. He assured me they could fix the issue. Once there the two workers debated to fix the issue. Which was alarming because one was the store mananger. Even though when I originally picked up my phone I was told I had a warranty. Also I was told by the assistant manager over the phone that they could fix the issue. So what’s all of the haggling for? Finally they agree to fix my phone. I leave it for an 1:30 minutes . They told me that they fixed it. Hmm I go to my car test it and it still didn’t work. So, hmm why did I leave again? I go back in and they say “we tested it work”. Nope! Then they actually test and say you’re right it doesn’t work it. Like duh, I wouldn’t be here if it did. They told me to update my phone. Welp I trusted them and did it. Now I have more issues the update corrupt my phone. Long story short they damage my phone and was unable to fix it. Plus they did not level my screen right and the side is filled with debri due to them not setting the screen right. My camera, speaker(anything that uses my voice..siri, voice meomo, loud speaker etc.), flash light, battery, Bluetooth and WiFi doesn’t Work. I went in for a screen repair and all hell brook lose. I work in Wirless and had a tech look it over. And they noticed the flaws too. My carrier had to replace my phone. I will never go back there and will tell anyone who listens to not too. Read moreGreg was wonderful. Your customer service was awful. I broke my iPhone 12 screen and took it in for repair. Unfortunately, the screen had a factory defect and they ordered me a new screen. The second screen was placed on my phone and when I picked it up Jesus put a screen protector and put my case back on. When he put my case on there was a loud pop that sounded like glass breaking. When I made a comment Jesus said that was normal. When I got my phone home I notice the protector screen was not placed on correctly and was lifted on the lower left side and the screen kept going dark and within three hours I had a black screen. When I called Greg he told me to bring it in. My husband dropped it off and when he picked it up he was charged a second time for the screen. I did not get a phone call to let me know it was broken so I could make a decision what I was going to do with my phone. When I called to find out why we were charged twice I was told the second screen was broken. I find this strange since I did not drop or cause any physical damage to my phone. Greg was extremely helpful and gave me customer service number to see if they could help. I called twice a day for one week and left messages without a response. Greg emailed them twice and Customer service finally answered The phone today.
