Burton at Stratton — Attraction in Stratton

These guys are great! Two times now I have come into the store with broken equipment and both times they have come through with fixing my issues and extremely quickly. Brendan in particular has really been helpful. My first issue was with my binding - I broke a snowboard binding strap at the top of the mountain and assumed my day was done and that I may even need new bindings. To my surprise Brendan and his colleague got my issue fixed in about 10 minutes - had the part needed - and did the change out. I was back on the mountain 30 minutes after my issue. Then a few weeks later I came in because one of my snowboard boots had a wire snap in my closing system. Once again Brendan came through and was able to get the system running again in 15 minutes. Can't thank these guys enough and its really good to know these guys are here when issues occur. I recommend the Burton store to anyone - they have great gear and deals as well! 3 minute walk from the lift.... ...

Mixed experience - great volume of product not just restricted to Burton. However the staff are dialling it in, tending to sit behind their counter on a laptop. I walked in in search of bindings literally carrying my boarding boots. After a couple of basic answers to my questions I gave up on interaction. Second time it’s happened. Did buy some 686 pants though because as I said, some good product. Worth going if you know what you want and are Burton focused, otherwise I’d visit a specialist like Invasion...

I stopped by recently because I was having fit issues with a new pair of Burton boots. I was very concerned that I’d bought the wrong size, and that I’d need to cut my losses and buy a bigger pair...but Mara helped me out with information on heat moulding, and insoles and it completely turned my trip around.
