War Horse Ink — Attraction in Streetsboro

Haven’t been into the shop yet, but i wanted to leave a review for the receptionist that helped get me in contact with an artist.

I have wanted to stop into war horse for a while, hearing nothing but good things from friends, I gave them a call and they didn’t pick up, all good, tattoo shops are busy. Within five minutes Laura, a receptionist for all three locations, gave me a text asking how she could help. I was surprised to hear back so quickly, i didn’t expect much and had planned to reach out again later. She was incredibly helpful, having me detail what i wanted and connected me to an artist suited for what i was looking for. She was very friendly, polite, and overall very wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond what i would’ve ever expected, and i can’t wait for my appointment that i probably wouldn’t have booked so soon without her. This has been much more personable than any other experience i’ve ever had at a tattoo/piercing shop. Definitely recommend to anyone looking...

Edited 7/12/2023: The owner reached out to me and apologized for the issues I ended up having and is providing a refund and other compensation. I greatly appreciate this attention to customer service and care for his clients and business. Back up to 5 stars! (Hopefully others won't have my same issue which has been alleviated)

I have been here multiple times! I have nothing but good things to say about this shop and my artist! Shout-out to Aly K! She has done almost all of my tattoos! She will forever be my artist! Her art is beautiful! Absolutely amazing! I can't recommend her enough!

This is hands down one of THE BEST shops I have been to! All of the artists are super friendly and easy going! The minute you walk in you're in good hands! It's not your typical "street shop" on a busy block or road. Parking is easy since they have an actual parking lot! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! Especially if you're looking for amazing ink, a good time, and a comfortable setting without the "street shop" vibes! 100% recommend...
