Horrible experience. This place is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and I will never waste my money to register my child there. I called a couple of times and left two messages and did not receive a return phone call. I called again on Monday, 08.22 and ended up speaking to a Ginny. I asked her if my son could try out the musical theatre class first before register him. I shared we would be coming from his Jiu Jitsu class on Wednesday, 08.22.22 immediately after in Stuart and that we would be able to make the first class at 6:45P. The bottom line is we were told when we got there that the class was completely full and they had been posting on social media all day about it... Well, excuse me but, I am not on social media ALL day looking for your posts.. I work all day and I am in meetings...The professional way to handle this was to call me back and tell me this news BEFORE I showed up with my son and I had already told my son about it. I spoke to Ginny on Monday and she never mentioned anything about the class being almost full. On Monday, she took my phone number down and did not call me to notify me of this recent information. I asked Ginny Why didn't I receive a call? She said she is sorry... Well, sorry to your performing arts center that is very unprofessional, rude, discourteous and unorganized. The staff needs proper training and additional staff to help assist in returning potential clients phone calls as well learning how to speak to people in a kind and professional manner. I'd give zero stars if that were an option. You're missing out on a great kid who can sing and dance. Your loss, Starstruck - I will take my son and...
Read moreI’m writing this review as someone who has been attending StarStruck shows for years — and now, proudly, as a StarStruck mom! The shows are nothing short of amazing. You may come in expecting a typical children’s performance, but you’ll walk out feeling like you just saw a Broadway production — right here in Stuart, Florida. It’s truly awe-inspiring to read the Playbill and realize the ages of these talented performers. Kudos to the kids, teachers, and staff who consistently deliver excellence, show after show.
My daughter started at age 4 in the Broadway Babies class. Since then, she’s participated in dance, musical theatre classes, summer camps, and full productions. Even my son has taken a technical theatre class. The training is top-notch, but what really sets StarStruck apart is the environment.
Children here learn more than just theatre — they gain independence, confidence, collaboration skills, and the freedom to explore their individual creativity. The teachers respect and nurture each child’s unique gifts, and the classes are organized and thoughtfully run. The StarStruck community is warm, welcoming, and truly special.
If your child has an interest in theatre, music, or any creative expression — StarStruck is the place. Schedule a trial class. You won’t be...
Read moreMy son has a good friend that attends here currently so I decided to ask how it was as my son showed interest in attending but his friend does not seem happy with it and claims the teachers are very careless and uninterested in the work and the stage manager who gets upset when asked for things and talks about smoking marijuana with the owners of this place and drinking to a access with them but also complaining about them . He has overheard the staff gossiping about others students and performers . I do not think that a place for children where adults set a example should be like this especially when talking about drinking and doing substances with staff and owners. There is time and place for...
