Worst experience I've had with a dispensary. I was sold on a vaping product by an employee that 100 percent misrepresented the product. I was told it was one thing when it turned out to be another. It cost me nearly $100. When I got home and read the instructions I realized I had been told the product was something else entirely. When I tried to return it less than 24 hours later the manager refused to help. Even admitting their mistake but unwilling to work with me. I'm now out $100 because I trusted this store on a junk product they were advertising at their register. I wasn't offered a refund, store credit, or a discount on a future purchase. I'll never come back. Uneducated employees, AWFUL customer service.
Edit: In response to the owner, if you were sorry you would have offered a solution. I was basically just ripped off by your store. You could have offered store credit or found some way to work with me. My guess is your giving the vape unit away for free with the purchase of the cartridges because you know the product is junk and it can't be returned because you can't return flower. From the person working security to the person ringing me up, everyone is friendly and pleasant. The main room is always very clean & decorated in a nice refreshing vibe & the temperature is somehow always perfect. Their product is pretty good with a good range of variety. I love how they have menus available at the beginning of the line and still present you with one when you get up to the register. Helps me feel confident in what I want by the time I get to the register but still gives me time to get some advice from a budtender before I cash out. The bud tenders are all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Theyāll take time to give any advice you ask for without making you feel rushed. I do try to go during the weekdays bc itās always packed on the weekends. The line moves a pretty slow then but thatās only because the bud tenders are so encouraging and informative when youāre picking your product so I really donāt mind.
