Utterly impressed. The food is amazing. I’m a sucker for unique and creative, and this place has tons of both! I’m used to having to buy hot tea and make my own iced tea, but they made me a large rooibis with stevia, iced, I did try a few bites of their gluten free raspberry bar, their strawberry frosted cookie, their coconut and dark chocolate pastry, and their chocolate “Twinkie.” The Twinkie wasn’t filled all the way and tasty just like normal cake to me so that was my least favorite. My favorite was the cookie. Perfect gooey inside and lots of flavor. They have live music Friday and Saturday nights and serve all day (breakfast to dinner, including alcohol). I don’t know how they do it all, but they do it well! And the decor is on point! So many nooks of unique perfection! Service was friendly. Fully accessible. Parking out front.

This is our second trip since 2 months ago, we went to Sawdust in Putnam, CT after our lunch at Elizabeth’s Farmhouse down the road. We liked this much better with more atmosphere! Staff-employees are courteous! We feel cozy and enjoyed our lunch, we both had Turkey & Bacon Panini with Romaine, Tomato, Avocado, Cranberry Mayo. So good! A lot of Homemade Unique Desserts looks so damn good! A lot of Unique Smoothies, A lot of Coffee-Latte Flavors, A lot of Tea Flavors, Many More on the blackboards. Their alcohol menu with many different unique drinks, local wines and local craft beers! Special Daily Menu, too. We are lucky to grab 2 Cinnamon Maple Cupcakes with Cinnamon Maple Frosting left before sold out already! I brought it home. We will definitely come back!

We went in to get some drinks after lunch and it’s a quite cozy area because it gives Café/brewery vibes. I got their golden espresso martini, which is gluten-free and dairy free and it tasted like an actual espresso martini.. We also got a few desserts. I got pistachio and a honey lavender cheesecake. The pistachio was perfect. No need to add any more comments on that but the lavender cheesecake is interesting like perfume if you’re interested that flower flavor. Not my favorite, but interesting concept. The staff was great. They all worked pretty diligently. You can also sit here and do some work by the tables and chill and they also provide coffee.

I otherwise really love this place, and it had been highly recommended to me - I live almost an hour from there, and have often met friends who live in W MA halfway there. The drinks are great. The atmosphere is great, and the service otherwise is good, but they, unfortunately, are rude when it comes to seating. The last time I was there, I got there right before a Zoom call I planned to be on, and set up before ordering anything. A staffperson told me I could not sit without ordering something. I said I just had a few minutes till my session, and then just went ahead and quickly ordered. He brought me the tea to my table, which was nice, and explained that they have a lot of people who come in, wanting to use Wifi, and don't order. I saw lots of free tables, but I said - OK, no problem. A friend and his friend went last night, and reported being asked to be moved several times by staff and finally being treated very rudely by the server, who then ignored them, so they left and went to the Thai restaurant next door. I think Sawdust may need to work on their policies regarding seating if people are feeling that they're being...

Well, we (my wife and I) went today (01DEC22) to this nice place around 9 am for Idk how many times since we moved to the area. We always had a decent service (I have to be honest, it’s not the best) but unfortunately today we had one of the worst customer service experience that we have ever had, we don’t know if was a bad day for this young lady at the cash register or my broken English or my strong accent or maybe the way that I really like my macchiato because I told her how I really like my coffee (this is just my opinion, I think is too much milk for a macchiato) that maybe bother her too much, when we asked her for 2 muffins she threw them in the plastic box upside down. For us, this is a very unfortunate situation, because is a really nice place, but I think they should work on their customer service. Thank you and that’s why we’re rating this place with 3 ⭐️, because for us 2 ⭐️ are for the...

Came here with my family and ordered two breakfast sandwiches, two paninis, and drinks. Food took a pretty generous amount of time to come and was outrageously expensive for the type of food that it is. The hash brown I was given tasted like hot garbage and couldn’t even hold shape it was so soggy and cold, the second hash brown I was given after sending back the first was just as concerning looking only this time it happened to be warm. My sisters breakfast sandwich was supposed to have sausage and they put bacon, when she politely sent it back they returned the same sandwich that they had already given her (bacon STILL on the sandwich) with a piece of sausage thrown on it. My sandwich was good until I reached the center where the sandwich was still frozen I’m assuming. Spent 80 dollars on bite sized portions of poor quality food, and bussed our own table afterwards. If that’s your thing, this is the...
