Waited at the register for a while before I could even order. 2-3 people in a row inquired about what was going on with their orders and the woman at the register seemed overwhelmed. I should have taken that as a clue. Ordered four separate meals. $70 worth of stuff (which is a lot of food, at this restaurant) and wasn’t handed any kind of receipt. Was told 25min. Took an hour. I checked in around 40m. After standing outside the whole time. A different woman was at the register and “hadn’t heard” of our order. “Did we place it online?” “Did we pay already?” After minutes of being told they didn’t know what I was talking about, another woman came over and said to “look for a $50 order” (it wasn’t 50, it was 70). Couldn’t find it. Minutes of confusion before they figured it out and told me another 10m. Went back outside. Waited another 25 or so before it was brought out by the owner/cook. And he forgot the small cheese pizza meant for my youngest daughter. They also forgot the chs for my other daughter’s fries and didn’t include condiments of any kind. Went in to get the missing pizza, at least, and remind them. Owner huffed and stomped on over to his ovens. He had the pizza done and sitting there in a box. He just didn’t, you know, put it with the rest of our order. He dropped it a few inches into the counter and stomped off.

Also saw multiple cars come and go multiple times, waiting for food. Overheard that deliveries were “an hour and a half out.” Their online presence and menu note a restaurant and bar. Those are closed. This place is takeout only

The foods alright. Nothing special. But DO make your order online. They’ll lose ot if you make it in person.

And DONT expect it for a few hours. An hr for pickup 1.5-2hrs for delivery

And expect a few things to be wrong, or missing.

This place isn't even worth the one star. I NEVER give reviews but after my experience, I have to say something. I ordered food last night at 9:26 p.m. online. It was never delivered. No call, no explanation, just left hanging in the air and they never answered the phone. So today (the following day) an hour after opening, I showed up personally- after various unanswered calls, yet again and no attempts to reach out to me have been made. I state that I placed an order last night that was never delivered. Then the person behind the counter picks up the receipt and says "oh I can make it for you now, we closed early last night". (When I made the online order, the restaurants lines were busy, so someone was still there. And if they were closing early my order should have been canceled and my money returned to me, not leave me hanging). I said "at this point I just want my money back". He then replied with a smock attitude "I can make it or give you your money back, whatever". I said to him while he gets the money from the register "I should have my money back for the inconvenience, my children and I went to bed hungry last night". He had nothing to say. Not an apology, not an offer to COMP me the meal. Nothing. He just slid my money across the counter with a noted agitation. He expected me to take the food the following day and they keep the money for a meal I needed to feed my kids YESTERDAY. Unbelievable. Absolutely poor customer service all around. What makes me mad is at the time I was ignored last night, all other restaurants were closed. I couldn't order from somewhere else. I have worked in restaurants since I was 16, you do not treat customers this way. I've seen meals comp'd for less. What an experience. I would not even buy a soda from this place now. You should treat people...

We've lived in town for 17 years. Yet, I only order sporadically--on average of once a year--from this place because for the past few years the food is just meh. Yesterday, we ordered a large mushroom and green pepper pizza and it was...just meh. Yes, we did eat it but it was uninspiring. They use prefab pizza shells..just ok and a lot of bread. You can tell because the outer crust is perfectly round with a pefectly round ring to it. Stamped by a machine it looks like. Anyway, Sauce, what little there was of it, was very sweet and fairly tasty but there was really not much of it. Plenty of cheese (mozzarella) and a fairly good one at that. But almost no mushrooms or peppers other than what seemed like a tiny pinch of each sprinkled sporadically. And those veggies were diced into teeny tiny pieces. I know materials are expensive but geez, for $18+ plus tax could be better. It was a pickup order and despite being told when we called 25 minutes we arrived in 20 and the pizza was on top of the oven ready for pickup. So there's that. Bottom line if you're a pizza gourmand looking for hand-tossed or New York style thin crispy crust baked just right, you'll prolly not find it here or anywhere in Sturbridge. And if you're looking for toppings nicely arranged and in quantity, ditto. The place has great potential and a great location. Just needs to improve quality a little bit more. I'll check back a...
