Waited excitedly for this place to open and it did and WOW this is a quality place! The plushies are all soft and very cute! The owner and staff are super friendly and really make you feel welcome! They were eager to help with rearranging the plushies and making it easier to win! The large plushies are very much worth trading in for--I've been to nearly 10 different claw machine arcades in the Houston area, and none of the others had giant plushies that were worth it like the ones at Claw Treasures (: We were also given free hoodies with our purchases, and they have a cute Corgi theme going on in here so the logo is definitely cute on the hoodies too! The staff were so, so kind and accommodating; we were here for quite a while and it was a bit warm moving around, so we sat for a small break and they gave us a free drink to help us cool off! The gachapons had adorable figurines, and they weren't absurd token rates for them. They were around 6-7 for the gacha, and most other places cost around 10 tokens instead. Which also reminds me: Claw Treasures' claw machines ALL cost 1 token per play, and almost no other claw arcade does that! Was pleasantly surprised by that. All in all a lovely place, great for kids and adults alike, and is perhaps now my favorite claw arcade in the Houston area! Will absolutely plan to be back very soon! Thank you Claw Treasures for the awesome experience!!

If i could rate 0 stars I would. We went first to claw paradise and spent $50. The rate we got a plushie was about 30-40% of the time! The kids loved it! The trade values for the plushies is also fair and honest! On the way home we saw claw treasures.. we stopped we got $50 more in tokens… this place was awful. One of the guys followed myself and husband along with our 1,2,&7 year old everywhere.. watching our every move. While there we only used 15 coins because the machines drop the claw so fast and pick nothing up that we left with the 42 tokens we had left. Our kids were disappointed, the trade in toys were significantly higher… i brought up to who i believe the owner was and told him the payout of the prizes was a bit disappointing and he said “EH”…… some games were 2 tokens or more….. Lastly, all these 5 star reviews is because they give you 5 free coins if you leave them a 5 star review! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Below you can see the bag of coins i brought home because im hoping that maybe they will fix this issue… i honestly believe that the photos with the big plushies were completely set up not actual wins…. Go to Claw Paradise much better payouts! 2 Miles down the road… I spent $50 came home with 15 upgrade points, 4 figurines (4 coins each) and 2 additional plushies we did not trade in!

I was a winner of their Claw Treasure giveaway back in June. I recently went to claim my prize and was told it was expired, even though the original post is still up and never mentioned any time limit. The owner/manager even tried to say the post was deleted, as if nothing could be done. But I showed them proof that it was still there. Despite that, they refused to honor the giveaway. To make matters worse, the owner/manager insisted I had already gone and claimed it (which I had not) and even said I told them I would come on a Tuesday, which was never true. The whole situation was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time since we don’t live close by. At this point I don’t even care about the prize. I’m just very disappointed in how this was handled. I’m not surprised by the reply. No accountability whatsoever. As for a review for the claw place itself We had visited once before, and honestly, it’s very hard to win plushies, especially for the younger ones. There are much better claw machine places. I’d recommend Clawmania or Craftland instead. Save yourself the time and money.

Came here with my boyfriend about an hour before they closed, and the man that was working the store was rude and made the entire experience unpleasant. We wanted to purchase $10 worth of coins with cash, but I had $1 in quarters I wanted to use. He refused to help us, and said that the minimum purchase is $15 at the counter, even though they offer $1, $5, and $10 options. We also noticed after purchasing our coins, that one of the other machines gives extra coins per dollar spent. As soon as I pointed this out to my boyfriend, the dude was apparently listening in and turned off that machine immediately after so we couldn't use it and had to use the machine that gave out less coins per dollar spent. The entire time we were inside, I felt like we were being stared down, followed, and eavesdropped on.

The games don't have a base layer of stuffed animals like most claw machines, and are very sparsely filled. The games are rigged, to where it will purposely drop your prize until it gets a certain amount of coins.

All these 5 star reviews are also fake, as they give away 5 free coins for 5 star reviews only. So they basically "buy" these 5 star reviews by giving away free coins, objectively skewing the review score in their favor, when they definitely don't deserve as high of a rating as they have. I will say that I did not participate in getting the free coins as I don't agree with asking for a certain rating. It's one thing to give away free coins for a review, its another for forcing the rating to be 5 stars in order to get the free coins.

We much prefer the Claw Paradise that's 1 mile down the road off of Settlers Way and Highway 6. They have much friendlier staff, and better selection of prizes that are much...

This place is so cute, and it’s actually pretty spacious. The decor is very cute and vibrant, and there’s a wide variety of plushies. The figurines in the guaranteed machines are also very cute, and are some of the cutest of any store I’ve seen. However, the plushies are very hard to get. The way the plushies are arranged make them nearly impossible to pick up. For many of the smaller item machines, the claw itself releases before it even starts moving back to the base point. For the larger plushies, none of the claws are nearly strong enough to grab them. There are many other claw machine stores throughout the Houston area with better payout odds.

Also, I edited this comment after receiving 5 free tokens as part of their promotion. It is my fault for writing the review before actually trying the claw machines, and originally, I would’ve left the review as 5 stars, even if I didn’t win any plushies. I rarely write reviews, and I’ve almost never edited them afterwards. I’ve also done these kinds of promotions before, and I’ve never changed my 5 star rating afterwards. But genuinely, when compared with 4-5 other claw machine places of the top of my head in Houston, the plushies here are objectively much harder to obtain. Since I’m being called out by the owners, I thought I’d clarify since this is my...
