I have been a customer here since the day it has been opened but at the same time my most favorite place to shop at if I have to choose of any Victoria's Secret store is the Galleria Mall it's more classier but the one in First Colony Mall is very different from the one at the Galleria Mall still a nice place to shop there it's different from the one at the Galleria Mall of selections of items and panties and bra and also nightgowns and pajamas and body spray and sportswear and robes and perfume:-)! I just love shopping over here because they have so many variety of styles especially when they have bras at the Galleria Mall that has diamonds on there even though it's more costly:-)! Not only that they give away free panties and bags and slippers and umbrella and beach towel and you get points what you spend :-)! The Victoria's Secret at First Colony Mall at least over there they never run out of giveaways but the one that's at the Galleria Mall always run out of giveaways Victoria's Secret :-(! :-)! I wish they would honor of the expired coupons since they run out or people Like Us that have extremely extremely very busy life taking care of our family and disabled parents and our friends and Neighbors:-(! Sometimes I am very shocked that are male salesman or cashier working there I know that there should be no discrimination but sometimes it is uncomfortable or embarrassing when you asking for help :-(! But I do admit they are very kind and sincere of helping us out and not being picky :-)! I hope you all enjoy shopping at Victoria's Secrets like I always do I just love the way they bag their items after the purchase especially when they put the pink tissue inside the bag and spray perfume on top of it it's like a gift given to you and treating and spoiling especially for yourself after working a hard day of work you are absolutely extremely well...
Read moreI chose to shop at Victoria's Secret this past Friday at 2 PM because of their sale on bras and shorts. As a loyal customer, I have had positive experiences with the brand in the past. However, this time, I experienced a highly disappointing incident.
After finishing up selecting my clothes, I entered the fitting rooms while my boyfriend decided to wait outside. To my surprise, he was suddenly yelled at by an employee, stating that "Men aren't allowed in the fitting rooms." It's important to note that he was simply waiting for me outside, being respectful of everyone in the store. He was sitting on the chairs, scrolling through his phone.
Not only was this employee's behavior completely uncalled for, but it also reflects a wrong assumption about my boyfriend's presence in the fitting rooms. The employee should not have made assumptions based on gender. It is particularly disheartening to experience this during PRIDE MONTH, as I can't help but think of how a trans man could undergo the same mistreatment. Thankfully, my boyfriend is more forgiving than most people.
Nowhere in the store or on their website does it mention that men are not allowed in the fitting rooms. Such a lack of communication is highly frustrating. As a result of this incident, I have made the decision to take my shopping elsewhere. I cannot support a company that allows its employees to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.
I sincerely hope that Victoria's Secret takes steps to address this issue, clearly communicate its fitting room policies, and provide proper training to its employees regarding inclusivity and respect for all customers. Until then, I will be exploring other options for my lingerie needs.
Given the unpleasant experience and the lack of adherence to inclusive practices, I can only rate my recent visit...
Read moreCame into the store on April 2, 2022. As I was looking at the items on a particular table, an employee (who I can only describe as possibly anglo saxon, with medium brown hair, wearing a colorful tie dye sweater) very LOUDLY, shouted EXCUSE ME to me and my family member. Her tone was very hostile. Maybe she thought I was not looking at the items, but we were. She could have gone around us, the store was almost empty. I moved, but her tone was really rude/gross. Ruined my whole trip.
This employee needs to work on her tone, because the way she said it was so rude. At that point I felt like I was annoying her by being inside the store. I had not been in Victoria's Secret in forever, and I came in ready to buy way more things, but at that point I did not want to get close to the tables because I did not want to be yelled at to move.
I did not even want to proceed with purchasing the things I already had in my bag. I thought about leaving the items in the bag, and walking out. However, the cashiers, two younger girls, especially a younger girl with braids were super polite and friendly. The associate who helped my family member was also very friendly. However, I will not be coming back to this location, and I don't recommend it unless you want to be yelled at to move while you are looking...
