Indian Market — Attraction in Sunnyvale

FYI....I had a really bad experience with this Indian Market. In August for buying some item and I have given 100$ and received change of more than 80$ as per I remember..in that their was one 5$ note which was tired into half and had a plaster on it, without knowing I have taken it . And after came to know it was tired into half I thought next time when I go to the store I can ask for the same. Unfortunately today I went and explained the whole situation and asked to take the $5 , but the same shop keeper denied that it was given by him....here the matter is not for 5$ it's about the trust was have toward the Indian Market Sunnyvale branch, now I got less trust on this store... Really worst expereince, Sales ppl here in sunnyvale are not at all want to take the feed back from the customers on the product, They start saying my owner said "No", "No".

I asked the ppl on the counter , share the contact # of the shop owner. As if the shop owner is GOD, we dont share the contact #'s. They asked to contact fremont branch, i called to Fremont branch, it's never working.

This Particular indian shop sells the products and they dont care once it's sold.

Wish they start doing good business dealing their existing customers. They need to concentrate on store timing as well as calls. We drive to buy meat or Paya it’s unavailable but it can be accepted and then we call to check before we reach they don’t answer. And past few weeks on the lane they aren’t having Paya in stock if they could respond phone it would help customers save time and energy. Since I had been valuing their service long time I don’t feel like giving less than 4 stars Hope...
