We had the pleasure of visiting PNG Jewelers in Sunnyvale, where we were delighted by the exceptional and excellent service provided by the goldsmith, who was incredibly kind, warm and welcoming. I would give them a 10 star review if I could. It was the first time I had been inside their well maintained store. I had a small adjustment that needed to be made for an item. I had visited some other stores prior. We were asked to meet the person who was taking up the role of a goldsmith (unfortunately we could not get his name). He took a look at our item, and politely let us know what he was going to do. He managed to do what we wanted within about 5 straight minutes. When we offered to pay, he politely declined as he said "it was a small task" which was extremely generous of him. He did quote the amount even upon us insisting. Well, It may have been a small task for him, but he has gained our family as a customer forever. The professional way he conducted, the divine ambiance of the the store and their upfront and generous nature makes me want to go back there for sure! I strongly recommend doing business with them. By this act, he has earned our trust for the store and I will definitely heartily recommend this store too all of my family and friends. I only wish that I had asked his name. I made PNG as my default go-to jewelry destination for all our occasions. The people here at this location are amazing, especially very patient and explains every tiny detail to customer, and spend a lot of time with each customer. During my last three visits, I ended up spending more than 3 hours to make my mind on an item (each time) and same representative was helping me through out the span without any distractions patiently helping me choose from a variety of options. Yes, they have an amazing selection (almost felt like I am shopping in India). The pricing is very reasonable and usually they don’t charge a lot more than what you would otherwise pay in India. All the credit goes to the representative, and she was extremely knowledgable in various types of designs and was super patient with all my questions. They even allow you to buy over FaceTime if you needed to, which is great once you establish a relationship with them. I would recommend PNG to anyone without a doubt ...

I have never visited this location before I have always been to the Fremont location .

They have massive collection and you can never go wrong with their quality and designer pieces.

A big shout out to the customer service here , I have been assisted by PRIYA VASAN , never felt the same when I walk in to any other jewelers in the Bay Area .

She was very patient , not pushy at all , neither did she want me to purchase anything in haste ! Keeping in mind they close at 7 and I showed up there at 6:30

Gold is a treasure we buy once and pass on for generations. So if you are looking for a place with good designs , quality and service , you should consider shopping at PNG .
