TL;DR: Was almost physically assaulted by the store manager.
I went in to get my leaky tire fixed. They replaced my one rusted tire sensor and charged me about $230. While driving I see a "Check TPMS system" (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) message on my car display and returned back next day.
The manager insisted that this is due to low tire pressure and unrelated to the service. I told him that during low tire pressure I do NOT see a "Check TPMS system" message on my car display. He obviously ignored, got angry, asked me to come next day, and after much argument he agreed to re-calibrate the TPMS on my car that same day. I left and again the "Check TPMS system" came back.
On the 3rd day, things went out of control. He was steadfast about his claim that the message means low tire pressure. I even brought my car booklet to explain to him. But he got pissed, raised his voice, called me a PY, claimed he has done this 1000s of times, and doesn't need explanation from me. He kept shouting to come the next day (again) and I refused as this was already my 3rd visit for the same problem. He finally asked me to come outside the shop to "talk". Little did I know that he wanted to have a one-on-one fight! I declined and he came close few inches to my body and started verbally abusing me. It was scary. I asked him to calm down and then I remained quiet as he continually abused me verbally! At this time, the owner walks in and conveniently ignores that I was about to be assaulted.
This was a very scary experience! I never imagined a businessman will ask me to physically fight him or a businessman will be so heartless that he'll ignore an oncoming assault on his customer by his own employee. Even if it means you'll spend more money some place else, at least you will live another day fully healthy; avoid this place at all costs. I cannot...
Read moreVery dishonest and rude customer service experience at this place today - June 11th, 2016. Offered to perform free tire rotation if I paid for the higher grade oil change, which I agreed to only in case of the tire rotation as well. At the end they couldn't do the tire rotation due to them spotting a nail in one of the tires even though the deal was to work on my car only in case of the free tire rotation as well, otherwise they were not supposed to perform any type of service on my car without talking to me first. Instead they did the oil change without inspecting the tires first to make sure that the deal they sold can actually be granted. Both the store manager and the sales manager of this place were yelling at me without ever hearing my concerns through. Instead they were making their own interpretations of what my concerns were and demanding from me to still pay the fees for the higher priced oil change even though they were not supposed to provide any service unless the combo deal ( oil change along with the free tire rotation ) could be performed. Also "the nail in the tire" thing happened twice in a row: when I brought in my other car about 6 months ago with the tire pressure sign on - they also pointed out the nail in the tire which at the time I went ahead and replaced all four tires at this location. This time I still paid the fee for the higher oil change just to get out of this place as I couldn't take any longer my 67 year old mother, who was standing next to me, going through this madness. However, I took my business for the four tires replacement elsewhere to a professional business and never coming back to S & S Goodyear Tire and Auto Repair on Winchester blvd in...

This shop is a disgrace to small businesses everywhere. What should have been a simple tire patch turned into a complete nightmare due to incompetent staff and heartless management. Here’s how my ordeal unfolded: I initially went in to have a tire patched — quoted around $30. A couple of hours later, I received a call stating that the tire needed to be replaced entirely, costing $200. Fine, I agreed. But that’s when things went completely off the rails. They completely botched the tire system during the replacement. When I called for help, they couldn’t even grasp the basics of their own work — seriously, this is "Tire Maintenance 101." In an effort to resolve their mistakes, I did my own research, found the solution, and even tried to present it to them. Instead of being met with professionalism, the employee became irrationally furious — to the point that he spat on me. Yes, you read that right. And to top it all off, the owner, rather than addressing their blatant errors and the inexcusable behavior of their staff, sided with the employee and told me to "get out of the store" without even hearing me out. Supporting small businesses is important, but not this one. This place doesn’t deserve a single cent. Avoid this shop at all costs — it’s run by people who have zero respect for their customers and...
