Welleby Palms Park — Attraction in Sunrise

My family and I lived in the Welleby neighborhood located in Sunrise, FL. This neighborhood park was owned and managed by the Welleby HOA. It's a small park on the corner of 94th Ave. and 42nd St. There is no parking lot which was probably strategic to reduce the traffic and was meant for the residents living nearby, in walking distance. The park had a fenced in playground, an open space play area on some sort of plastic material, and benches throughout. The landscaping was nicely maintained and there were trash bins.
