Complimentary class went well and signed my child (6 yrs) up for the next month of lessons. The end of the month I thought it best to withdraw and request a refund for the next month that had been paid but not yet used. Initially, I spoke to a nice lady who was understanding of my reasons and confirmed I would be able to get a refund for the month not yet used. Instructed me to call back the next day as she would explain to the manager what was going on. Called the next day as instructed and was told different. They don't give refunds but could give me a credit for future classes. Since the classes hadn't been taken yet, didn't understand why I shouldn't be able to get a refund. Called a couple of times and was told that I would hear back from the manager the end of that week. Haven't received a call or voicemail...

Am crossing mid 30s and was so skeptical in getting started at this age considering am not a gym person and not in best of body shape. But the teachers here are very supportive and encouraging. Now I don't want to miss any class and its a routine for enhancing my physical and mental strength. I take the class with teens and its a pleasure growing up with them in the world of martial arts. Am improving on flexibility, accuracy and speed along with techniques we learn at each belt level. Also my self confidence is boosted up at each defense learning n while practicing sparring. I would recommend this program for all who would like to invest time and energy in personal development at a nominal fee, irrespective of age ; though the early you start the better...
