Poor customer service. I walked in to make an appointment and the young lady was slightly unpleasant but I still decided to keep my appointment. On the day of my appointment I was unable to make it on time due to an unforeseen issue at my home (which is under complete construction). I am a travel nurse so when I come home I am bombarded with tasks to catch up with. I called this establishment back to apologize and see if I could still walk in that day and the tech who I am sure was the unpleasant woman I spoke to yesterday decided to argue with me stating I should have called to cancel my appointment, which I addressed when I initiated the conversation with an apology for missing my appointment. I am not the type to get angry and go back and forth so I thanked her and ended the conversation. I also generally never complain, but when I do it is because it was a memorable horrible experience. I am assuming my interaction was with the owner that is why she was so dismissive... anywho I do not recommend this establishment for poor...

Terrible!! I started going to this place a couple months back and at 1st it seemed decent but the last few experiences there have been bad. I got gel acrylic nails and within 3 days they started chipping and falling apart. They also cannot do much. I’ve tried asking for ombré, rhinestones, very simple designs, etc and they said they do not know how to do it or do not have the materials.
