I ordered online AND PAID FOR last Friday (07/26/19): 1 Lg Cheese Stuffed Crust Extra Most Bestest Pizza; 1 Lg Pepperoni Extra Most Bestest Pizza; 1 order of Italian Cheesy Breadsticks; FOUR dipping sauces (2 Garlic Butter Dips, 1 Buffalo Ranch dip, and 1 Cheesy Jalapeno dip); AND a 2 Liter Pepsi.
When my family and I arrived to pick up, our order was inside of the pick-up machine, and our order was NOT entirely correct. We were given ONLY 2 dipping sauces and NEITHER dipping sauce were any of the flavors that I ordered. I TRIED to get the attention of one of the cashiers but they were busy with the many other customers inside the store and I was NOT acknowledged.
I then proceeded to swap out the incorrect flavors and also collect the other 2 that I had been shorted and I PERSONALLY placed the sauces on top of the pizza boxes that my 12 year old son was carrying.
As I walked to the cooler to grab out a 2-Litre, the cashier whom I was trying to talk to just seconds prior proceeded to YELL at my son in a VERY RUDE and DEROGATORY tone. She did NOT direct ANY questions or statements at ME, the MOTHER (also the one who placed said goods in the arms of the CHILD) but instead BERATED MY CHILD SON, who was only doing as I told him to do.
She ACCUSED MY SON OF STEALING the dipping sauces stating "HEY YOU BOY! COME HERE! YOU DID NOT PAY FOR THOSE!" She DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO ME until I tried to explain to her that NOT ONLY was I NOT given the correct amount of sauces but also the wrong flavors.
She then proceeded to insinuate that I MYSELF WAS A THIEF AND LIAR stating that I had "only paid for 2 dipping sauces" and that we were "given EVERYTHING that we ordered".
She leaned over the counter and grabbed one of the receipts taped to the top of one of the pizza boxes that my son was carrying as I went onto my phone to pull up my digital to reciept to show her that I had, in fact, PAID for FOUR sauces and a 2 liter soda. I even read off the flavors of the sauces that I purchased.
Her response was "I already saw the receipt. Have a blessed day!" in a derogatory tone. Just like that. No apologies for her mistake or the mistake of any other employee. No apology for the manner in which she was speaking to us and for accusing us of being liars and thieves nor any change in the tone of her voice. No offer to remedy the wrong or to do better in future times to provide better customer service and prevent mistakes such as these from happening. She continued on with her tone of voice as if we were the ones in the wrong and not her.
(When we had gone home and opened up the boxes to eat, it was later discovered that the pepperoni extra most bestest did not have extra cheese on it like an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza supposed to. It had extra pepperoni yes and all that extra pepperoni was hiding the fact that they jipped us on the cheese. This is NOT the first time that this has happened at this location.)
The mistake with the sauces was actually a fairly minor one that would have been easily remedied and would not have really reflected my scoring on this company, however but with the terrible customer service and complete lack of respect and failure to even offer to right their wrongs and refusal to apologize for their horrible behavior (coupled with not giving extra cheese on the pizza when we paid for extra cheese and this is a recurring issue with this establishment), I'm giving a 1 star rating. I would give 0 if I could.
I do NOT recommend this location unless you like PAYING GOOD MONEY to be belittled and talked down to, having your family or yourself being treated like a criminal, and be accused of being a theif and liar or if you enjoy when you DON'T get what you paid for.
I on the otherhand, have decided to take my WEEKLY business to another location. It's a couple miles further away from my home but at least at that location, they treat their customers like human beings and NOT...
Read moreI had the displeasure of ordering from Little Caesars Pizza recently, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, and it took ages for them to even acknowledge my presence, let alone take my order.
Once I finally got my pizza, it was a complete disappointment. The crust was like cardboard, the toppings were sparse and tasted like they'd been sitting out for hours, and worst of all, the cheese was rubbery and tasteless. It was barely edible.
To top it all off, the establishment itself was dirty and unkempt. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and the dining area was littered with trash. It was a truly unpleasant dining experience, and I will never be returning to Little Caesars again.
Keep in mind I was waiting 20 minutes to even order my pizza and 1 hour 30 minutes to get my pizza. While waiting with my best friend for the pizza our feet were starting to hurt badly and their was only 1 chair in the place so we had to take turns sitting down while waiting to relive the pain of standing for so long. While waiting another lady was screaming rightfully so at the lazy, slow, uncaring, uninterested employee for a refund as she was also waiting more then 1 hour with her daughter for her pizza. This was no doubt the worst fast food or food place experience ever in my entire life not even exaggerated. Do not waste your time here it will be a waste of your time and you will regret you came. Whoever owns this specific location needs to remodel it, fire many employees and implement new rules and do better training to fix the disaster of a place it is. Or if not it’s better to just remove that location as a whole or demolish that location to save the floor, walls, floor, roof etc from the memory’s it has from the horrible experiences it’s witnessed. PS; When I was younger and in elementary & middle school I would always ask my father for pizzas and he would come to this Little Caesars each Friday to get me pizza. He would always complain about the wait and would make excuses to come but would still come out of love for me. Now im an adult and understand him completely and feel bad for the amount of times this establishment has waisted his time, this isn’t a new problem it’s the entire place that’s been like this for probably its entire existence. DO NOT COME TO THIS LITTLE CEASERS PIZZA: 4515 N Pine Island Rd,...
Read moreThis is the 2nd time in the last 4 months I have ordered from this location and yet again...disaster! 1st- Nobody speaks English! The 1st time not one employee spoke english and the 2nd time, only 1 employee spoke english but could not communicate with the other employee because she only spoke english and the other only spanish! 2nd- ordered online both times. I arrived expecting the pizza to be in the portal and no pizza. When brought to employee attention, they claim they don't have access to the computer to check the order and end up taking my phone in the back to prepare my order. the 1st time I had ordered 3 pizza's and only 1 came back correct. because of the language barrier they ended up remaking those other pizza's 2x and still didn't get it right! This last time, same thing only she spoke English. However, it was late and judging from the undercooked pizza I received, they put my order into the oven after it had been turned off for the day. I had 4- incorrect (toppings and crust styles were mixed up) and undercooked pizza's. They rushed me out the door so by the time I realized, it was too late to get them to correct it. I wrote to customer service and logged a complaint, nobody contacted me back. I have been ordering from this store for several years and had no issues but in the last 6-8 months the store has gone down hill. the inside is dirty and disgusting. Employees do not wear gloves. surfaces are dirty, food/ingredients are not properly stored. Employees excuse is always we are understaffed and too busy. Also Counter person is also the one cooking and rarely...
