Call My Florist Flowers & Gifts — Attraction in Suwanee

I will start put by saying I chose Call My Florist because or their reviews so I feel I too should leave one. I ordered flowers for Valentines day to be delivered to my now fiancee (Girlfriend at the time just over a week ago) to her place of business. Due to some logistical issues they arrived well after her business closed for the day. I was quite upset that my plan had been ruined but Marc had them rerouted 40 minutes away to my house. Very nice but still this is not at all what I wanted so I was still quite upset that she didn't get the flowers I sent for all her coworkers to see. I know sounds like I'm showing off but seriously, why else does anyone send or like to receive flowers at work? Haha! Anyway they were beautiful and she loved them but even she was quite upset and said I should call and complain. I did call and Marc (The owner) answered the phone. He was extremely apologetic and offered to do whatever he could to make it right. Problem there was the time to fix anything had passed but he offered to refund all delivery charges and he had already upgraded the delivery to a little more expensive package. So even though I still wasn't happy and there was honestly nothing he could do to fix it I was impressed that he did try. Something you don't see much these days. I decided it is what it is and just let it go but the next day he called me and apologized once again and offered to do anything he could to make me happy. He suggested he send another bouquet to her at work and I accepted. After getting off the phone with him I realized her birthday was only 10 days away so I called back and asked if it was possible to send the free bouquet on her birthday rather than the day after Valentines day. He was super accommodating and told me to pick whatever colors or styles I wanted and he'd make sure she got them on her birthday at work. Well yesterday she did receive them as promised and LOVED them. Thank you Marc for being one of the few businesses left that actually seem to care about their customers and their own reputation! I found Call My Florist while I was looking for a local florist to deliver flowers for my boss that had just lost her mom. Their website was user friendly and helped me see my options. I also called the shop and spoke to Mark and he was so nice and helpful. I know nothing about flowers and plants and he listened to what I was looking for and gave me info on my options as well as advice from his expertise and answered all my questions so that I could make the best decision. He did not pressure me to make a decision right then and let me take the time to talk to my team about it to decide which one we wanted to send our boss. When I called back, he placed the order for me and it was very quick and easy. The plant we ordered was delivered the next day and our boss loved it! I have gotten a few small bouquets from Marc and Call My Florist in the past, and have always been incredibly happy with what he creates. Recently, I called Marc and ordered an arrangement for my mother's birthday. I told him she LOVES flowers and I wanted it to be special for her. When I walked into the shop to pick it up my jaw dropped. He absolutely went above and beyond and put together the most incredible arrangement I have ever seen. My mother was speechless when she saw it. My father said, "I have been purchasing flowers for 50 years, and I have NEVER seen a more beautiful bouquet. These are the best flowers we have ever had in the house." Every angle of the arrangement is breathtaking.
