Left feeling extremely disappointed in this place! I came in with my mom for lunch and ordered two salads. We were the only two people in the building. Our total came up around $30 and I left a tip as well. After ordering, we were waiting for about 20 minutes until I started to realize the salad was taking quite a while. I see the girl who was making our salad was on her phone watching videos but since I saw the cook in the back doing something, I just assumed he was finishing up. After waiting about 5-10 more minutes, we decide to ask about our food. Turns out it’s been sitting on the counter for god knows how long. If we didn’t ask, it would probably be sitting there for even longer. The lady who made our food didn’t forget we were there as we’ve met eyes a few times while she was making our food and to mention again, we were literally the only two people in the store. All she had to do was say “your food is ready!” but chose to not do that. Our food was soggy by the time we ate it. I definitely won’t return but I don’t feel like I’m missing out anyway since the salad ingredients weren’t that great or fresh anyway!

The owner apologized on her behalf but the woman who deliberately ignored us couldn’t care less that we were upset that she couldn’t just simply let us know our food was ready. How’s the customer supposed to know when to go up and get the food if she doesn’t say anything or puts the containers in spot where we can’t see it? Regardless there’s better salad places with fresher ingredients, I’d save your money and go...

The place is clean but small, so space is limited for seating. The staff is friendly, and the food is pretty quick overall. (Just ordering online and pick up can be about 15 mins, but if you come in and order, it seems less time than that depending how busy it is). There is an iPad device to help place your order and is pretty simple to use if you ever used an online ordering app. There are tons of choices to at to your bowl and some extras that cost more money. Overall, a bowl will average you around 10 to 20 dollars, depending on extras and stuff. The food is fresh and delicious. And the only time they messed up my order, they fixed it right away and were very apologetic. It seems to have lots of vegan options to even someone who is more in to protein filled meals. The bowl really fills you up if you get a good mix of carbs and protein. I had the pleasure of enjoying a steak that was not only perfectly cooked but incredibly fresh—you could genuinely taste the quality of the meat.
