Suwanee Smoke Shop — Attraction in Suwanee

I have been coming to this shop since they converted to a vape/smoke shop. There prices were initially great but when they became better known the prices skyrocketed. Recently I recommend my girlfriend to go and by a mod and tank from them. When she started having issues with the device we went back to see if we could get an exchange a day later. We were told no all sales are final. The situation got worse. The owner tries to troubleshoot the problem by taking the device and went behind the counter. He put new batteries in the device and worked on it while we shopped around. After 15 minutes he hands us back the mod and says there's nothing wrong with it and just deal with the manufacturer. We agreed to work with the manufacturer and he gave us a opened bottle of his cheapest e liquid that he opened to test the mod. We never asked him to do that and he did this on his own accord while troubleshooting. Ok here's what happened. He forgot to remove the batteries he used to test the mod and gave it back to us. Then we left. We noticed a week or two later that he had forgot to take his batteries back. I was on business out of town and had not returned for a couple months. Today I went in to buy his over priced e-liquid and that's when the problem started. He told me in a very unprofessional tone that I owe him for the batteries and the e-liquid. At first I didn't realize what he was talking about but then I put two and two together. There were other customers in the shop and I felt very uncomfortable. I told him that it was his fault for not removing the batteries and should except partial if not full responsibility for the confusion. We did not put those in there!!! He replied that I was dishonest and never makes money on me. I have spent soooooo much money in there on devices, e-juice, Kratom, and other stuff too. Not only will I not pay him now but he also lost a great customer. Do yourself a favor and go to a real/reputable vape shop and save yourself the headache of dealing with his poor business practices. The pouch of American Spirit organic blend had a astonishing price of $26+ compared to $15 everywhere else including all over downtown Atlanta. To make the price even more repulsive, the tobacco itself was old and completely dried out and stale. I know the way the company American spirit operates very well. Considering I've been dealing with them now for 20 plus yeand it's unacceptable first and foremost that a place would charge so much for their product, but the fact that what they have on the shelf is as old dried out and stale like it is Blows my mind considering the company. American spirit will keep their product revolving and switch out whenever they need to to make sure that their product is fresh on the shelf and that people are only buying fresh tobacco when they buy American speriod. So the fact they're selling this stale old and now unpleasant crap just shows how lazy they must be considering it wouldn't cost them anything to have it switched out for fresh pouches. also shows that they could care less about providing quality products to their customers. This old guy named MD (he might have gave wrong name cause he didn't want to get in trouble ) he yelled, I mean screaming at customers and calling them crazy and pointed fingers at their face in a very aggressive manner even when the customer was reacting with calmness. He touched customer’s stuff and said he was sick and told customers they were not his customers and other people hired them to make his life hard. He wasn’t even wearing a mask nor wearing any gloves. His other co-worker then lied and said the aggressive one was the manager and when he was confronted he said he wasn’t the manager.
