FUN, Friendly, Fabulous experience! We stopped in to see about trying a dessert. Initially we were a little surprised by the menu, but we had heard the food was great. When faced with sweet potato ice cream, a bean tiramisu, a matcha tiramisu, and similar choices, it was difficult to imagine these being desserts we would like. However, since we stopped in specifically to try something different we went ahead and ordered. I had the purple sweet potato ice cream and it was fabulous! It doesn't really taste like sweet potatoes, but it definitely has the texture and melting power of ice cream. I can't even describe the flavor, so I won't try. Let's just say it was delicious and I enjoyed it. My son had the matcha tiramisu, and he really liked it also. At first he thought it was basically like I whipped cream with the matcha powder, but there was cake underneath layered with the matcha and the whipped cream, so it was truly a Tiramisu type of dessert. We both really liked our deserts and agreed that we would want to come by and try some of the other ones in the future. We also took note of their meals. It looks like we will be coming back to try those too, but can't imagine leaving here without wanting to try another dessert too! The people were very friendly and helpful when we were trying to figure out what to order. They even came by our table a little bit later and asked how we were liking it and invited us to come back again. We will! It's a great little restaurant, so don't let the unusual sounding choices stop you from coming. The food is great, even if...
Read moreI had high hopes coming into this cafe as I actually came From a tik tok the son of the owners had posted. Unfortunately they fell short. I ordered their “house” ramen, croffle with matcha strawberry ice cream and a passion fruit iced black tea. Imagine my surprise that I paid 11 dollars for shin ramen with jalapeños and kimchi in it… SHIN RAMEN. As in the packaged ramen you can get at a Walmart or hmart…. The only thing that didn’t keep me from completely losing it was it did come with two dumplings and two shrimp tempura. But seriously, at the very they could’ve been honest. It just seems very deceptive to me. that pretty much killed my entire experience there. I was expecting to be wowed or at the very least have some decent “house” made ramen…. The matcha ice cream was good and nothing special. The croffle was very very tasty thought it was warm and buttery and had just the right amount of sweetness! But besides that everything was pretty mid tear. And a little on the expensive side IMO. The tea was good too but again nothing really stood out to me besides the croffle. Needless to say I was overall pretty disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be coming...

The highlight for me was definitely the 인절미 빙수 injeolmi bingsoo— super refreshing, not so sweet (just the way I wanted and the extra cup of injeolmi was perfect touch.
The juicy, crispy spicy chicken was out of this world — one of the best I’ve ever tried! You can really taste the quality ingredients, and it’s obvious the fried food is cooked in clean oil, which makes such a difference.
The sausage rice skewer was on the smaller side, but still packed with flavor and very yummy. I also really enjoyed the hamburger steak — so good that I’m already planning to order it again next time. The donkatsu was also tasty; I’ll just ask for the sauce on the side next time since I prefer my fried dishes extra crispy.
Service was wonderful — Dasom?(i got the name from the receipt) was super nice, sweet, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The place has a bright, open atmosphere, great music, and the temperature was just right — all the little details that make dining out enjoyable.
I really enjoyed everything and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! (My daughter just uploaded bunch of photos...
