The customer service is horrible and the workers don't know what they are doing. The first time I went, there was like a purple glare in my phone when they fixed it. A couple days later, my whole glass screen was popping out of my phone and it dropped one time and the screen went black. I went in again a few weeks later to get it fixed again. My Touch ID on my iPhone isn't working now, and neither is my front camera because of them and they said I would have to pay more to get it fixed when they said that they would fix everything. There was another girl that went in there and was saying that her screen popped out too after she got it fixed and they threatened to call the cops on her. it was there fault that the screen popped out. The place is completely pathetic. I would not recommend getting any phone fixed here. If they fix one thing, another thing happens to the phone. DO NOT...

If I can give zero star i would have. I went there to get my iphone screen fix, paid 130 took home after a fix but in next few days the screen came in off. I called them several time to let them know what happened they put me on hold for 30 minutes, next day I went store to let them know what happened to phone the guy who worked there name singh told to me leave the phone to get fix again and asked me to come get the phone pick next day but the phone haven’t been fixed for 3 days and they called me told me i have to pay another 130 dollars. I explained the what happene, i asked them i want my phone to get fix with no cost because I already paid for what it has to be done or get my phone because the work hasn’t done correctly, now they want me to pay another 130 dollars to get my phone fixed. Now I remember when they first opened they were a hit and now years lata they have anything u could want or need, I looked all over Harrisburg for some bells, so I could put on my rear windows in my home in case someone thought they could sneak into my place while I'm sleep the bells would wake me up, it's my home made alarm system, now every where I went including Wal-Mart's, targets, did not have any bells the second I stepped into the variety store I asked the cashier do y'all have bells? She said yes isle E on the left hand side, got my bells so I could successfully rig my home for my safety, if nobody else has it they do! Been shopping there since they opened in fact the owner use to live in Taylor Park they were our neighbors, some of the nicest foreigner's I ever met, I highly recommend them if u have a hard time finding ANYTHING and I do mean ANYTHING...
