Over the past year, V&V has become my go-to supplier for my appliance repair business. The speed and quality of customer service is unmatched. We had a mishap with FexEx which was no fault of V&V. Within 10 minutes of reaching out they had everything taken care of and even followed up afterwards. Also worth mentioning we are located 335 miles from the main distribution center and always receive parts next day if ordered before closing time. Was a great place. Now nothing but confusion. Ordered parts and didn't hear anything back. I called in a week later and they didn't have any records of the order. They said some parts from another order were there. Sent my technician to pick them up and they said a bill for $100 needed paid before we can pick up the parts. My bill has always been paid. It was the best place around for appliance parts. They could find anything you needed or spend the time to figure it out. Now when u call they just say they can't get it or it's on back order ..sorry. Not wasting any more money...

Went in to V&V today to pick up a washer belt. The girl at the counter needed a part #. Proceeded to ask me for it. Showed no signs of wanting to help.
