Burnham Park — Attraction in Sylvania

This is a great little park where the public swimming pool is and a nice picnic area with a gazebo. There is also a small playground and sand box area with different toys that are there to be used. The swimming pool is well kept and there is bathroom access on both the inside or outside of the building. This park is wedged between Maplewood and Erie so you can park on either side. If the lots are full you would have to park on a side street and walk to the park since there is no parking on Maple and Erie. It's not a big park but it's a nice...

The park itself is great. Nice equipment, landscaping, and good amounts of shade.

..... But .... and here comes a but...

I had to ask a lady (wearing black in the photo) to not smoke near my kids. A couple of the ladies with her grumbled and decided to say a few choice things about me.

Nice little park near downtown Sylvania. Two playgrounds as well as a sand play area. Big picnic shelter/pavilion as well. Adjacent to Plummer Pool, the local public pool. Easy walk from the downtown...
