Hudson Gallery — Attraction in Sylvania

My wife found these paintings at a thrift store and they were in a sorry state. They were framed in these nasty cheap frames, They were mounted, I use the word mounted loosely, on corrugated cardboard. They did not have glass but cellophane covering them. The cellophane was so old that if one touched it, the cellophane would crumble away. These paintings are about 120-150 years old and they deserve better then that. When we brought them in, Scott, one of the owners saw the same possibility that these paintings deserved better. He was enthused about them as much as we were when my wife found them.
