Sylvan Studio — Attraction in Sylvania

This review is LONG overdue. I've been ordering from Sylvan Studio for at least 15 years now. Simply put, they are great! I've ordered plaques, medals, ribbons, and I've been happy with everything. On the very rare occasion there is a mistake (because let's be honest, nobody is perfect and 15 years is a long history) they work very hard to fix it, and every solution they've come up with has been more than fair. They've really come through when I needed it most. In fact now the only problem I have is the ordering and fulfillment is so easy I get paranoid that something must be wrong! (None of my other suppliers are near as easy and problem-free too work...

Sylvan did an excellent job in engraving a couple of knives. However, there was a little snafu with not being provided an agreed upon proof prior to the work being completed, which lead to a finished product we would have tweaked.
