My now husband and I have used BBBJ for many events in the past year, with the biggest one being our wedding of course. I really can't describe to you how stunning the flowers were at our wedding. They exceeded all of our expectations. The girls just completely nailed the style we were going for and what we wanted. My bouquet was the prettiest one I've personally ever seen. Jen and her team worked hard to set everything up while I was getting ready while I had no idea what was even happening. I didn't have to stress about anything. It's easy to put your trust in them to get the job done in the best way possible.

I could tell how much work they put into it , going above and beyond to make sure no detail or display was missed. I had many little nooks with things set up in the barn we got married in and they added extra flowers to those that we weren't even expecting. We got so many compliments on the flowers that day and after. Our house looked like a flower shop for months because I wanted to save as many flowers as possible and has them hanging upside down drying EVERYWHERE!

The girls at BBBJ not only helped make our wedding perfect but they continually impress is with their service and arrangements. From when my husband orders me flowers when he messes up, to a funeral we ordered flowers for recently, they are ALWAYS the best and so impressive. Jen did the flowers for my wedding. She did an amazing job! She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Was always willing to sit down and discuss the flowers and changed whatever was needed. All the flowers looked amazing and was definitely what I had visioned. Really impressed! Added to the overall venue in a way that was amazing. Also love that her staff stayed until every flower was pinned on and every corsage was in place. Would definitely recommend.

Only had two "quips". First, I had to initiate pretty much all of the email conversation (bill pay, arrival time on wedding day, ect). But when I did send her an email, she got back to me promptly every single time! Second, her staff arrived exactly on time on wedding day. I was starting to get worried, as I had hoped an effort to be slightly early would have been made. In a case like this, I felt that exactly on time was a little late and would have rathered them been there earlier, rather than risk being late as if they had been late it would have thrown off all our pictures...

My wife and I recently got married at the Toledo Zoo and booked our flowers and rented much of our decor through Beautiful Blooms by Jen. First and foremost, I want to express out gratitude toward Jen for working with us and allowing us to reschedule our big day due to COVID. The flexibility and professionalism was incredibly appreciated as we navigated that difficult decision. Over the course of our lengthy engagement, Jen readily updated our contract, including maneuvering money originally put toward extra centerpieces into beautiful hair pieces for each of our bridesmaids. When we picked up those hair pieces, we even found the PERFECT vase for our Unity Ceremony in their store. The flowers and rental pieces (floating glass centerpieces) were delivered on time and decorated beautifully.
