I will probably never return to the Tacoma Mary Janes class shop. The rudeness my boyfriend and I received from Hailey was to much. She warned us about the 6ft rule which is fine but she told me we were only aloud 5 minutes in the store before we were told we had to leave. Remind you my boyfriend bought a $300 dab rig a week before and they never had the rules of only 5 minutes in the store. We told her we had went to the Auburn one earlier and they nice lady their gave us no limit on how long we could be in the store. She told me she would call that location and tell them their not doing their job right because “it’s the law for only 5 minutes” we’ll my boyfriend works at the dispo and knows the laws pretttty well and mentioned he’s never heard of people only being aloud 5 minutes in a store...I planned on buying a new $100 bong n as she went to hand it to me she snapped at me “ your not standing 6ft away “ REMIND you she walked around the cash register TO ME and said I needed to back up. I have been buying dab bangers from here for years. The exact same size and brand every single time. This time I get one that is defective and is not the 3mm walls but 5mm walls and they will not exchange or replace it. The woman that answered was rude. Her only solution was for me to buy a new cap that would fit the defective product. I have been referring people for years here. I will be referring them to a store down the road from now on. Awful customer service.

Update: The morning after I added this review I received a phone call from the same rep. She stated she had spoken t9 some higher ups and they told her I was able to exchange it within 3 days. They did have me come in and get a new one. When I arrived I was advised the person I had spoken to was the manager. I have now exchanged the product and this one works as it should. I don't know if it was my review or not that made her change her attitude or not but it was a pleasant update. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
