BigFoot Java — Restaurant in Tacoma

There is a perfect trio. Jhene, Bella, and the brunette with cute little curls that I cannot remember her name to save my life right now. When they are working, you know it’s gonna be a perfect drink and great conversation. They remember my name and what drink I’ve been drinking lately or offer up amazing recommendations all the time.

The only one I ever have issues with is Shelby. Shelby is rude, forgetful, and cold. She won’t say hello or ask how your day is going, which is a good thing because if she does, she will not remember your drink. It takes her a long time to ring in your order of one drink and ev n longer to make it. Usually she will hand you a cup that has a mess on the side or no straw and will have to be asked for one. In her defense, I think it’s because she is stoned everytime I come.

Overall, the best Bigfoot in the area and the best coffee shop open past the afternoon. Just always go to the window on the 6th ave side instead of the north side of the building, that’s where shelby usually works. Ten out of ten for jhene, Bella, and the curly hair brunette. Other than some of your original staff members who have been there since I've started going to this location over six years ago, this location is a complete joke. The girls that work now don't even come to the window and acknowledge you're there. Apparently it is much more important to chat with friends instead of helping paying customers. This happened once again this evening Saturday October 25, 2014 around 6:45-7:00 pm. Another problem with this location is that every employee charges a different price for your coffee. I have stopped spending my hard earned money at your establishment and since gone else where. I may pop back through this specific location every once and awhile to see if it has gotten any better in the customer service department but still to this day, it has not and that is a real let down. Sad when you have great coffee but nobody wants it cause the service sucks. I think this location needs a little more supervision or perhaps some re-training on proper means of customer service since that's what this specific job is all about if I'm not mistaken. Thanks...

A few months ago I came here and ordered the kids sized steamer and it came in the cutest plastic cups! We were able to reuse it a few times at home and fill it with homemade steamers. And at $2.20, it's a steal of a deal and SO FUN for little kids. 5 stars.

So I went back, ordered and described the same thing and it came in a boring bigger sized paper cup than the small kids one and I got charged way more than $2.20. Brushed it off as "oh well, must be new workers or something." 4 stars.

I went back recently and they did the same thing again!!! I said "littlefoot", I said "the cute small kids steamer". Didn't get what I asked for. My kids were really disappointed and it made our impromptu coffee run a disappoinment. I didn't bother asking them to make it again because the employees at the time must had no energy and were slow. Must not have had their morning coffee yet. 3 stars.

I don't know how else to describe the drink I want. If you want to order the cute "little foot" flavored-milk-not-so-hot-steamer for your kid, I hope your odds are...
