I suggest that you download the app and become a Panda Express member and start racking up points to get free stuff. You can earn 10 points per every dollar you spend! That's crazy!! Your points can get you some awesome items. One of the nice things about their app. Is the fact that They give you a free gift for your birthday. You have the choice of several different items to choose from. The items I was able to choose from were one egg roll, two spring rolls or a small entree. So I chose a small entree! 🎁 Hey I spent all year trying to be the awesome person I am so that I know I deserved something special for my birthday!! Lol!! Work hard play hard!! đŸ€ŸđŸ„ĄđŸ„ĄđŸšđŸ„ŸđŸŽ‚đŸŽ‚ My experience: be aware This happens to me at every Panda Express I visit: whenever I order a to go order for pick up and arrive on time. My order is never ready at the designated time and and while they're waiting for my one entree to be prepared The rest of my food is getting cold in a container rather than just waiting to pack all of it when it's all ready. Why do they have the option to order ahead ( with option of specified times ) and have a specific time to pick up your food if you can walk in and get the food quicker faster and fresher. Every customer that arrived after me and after the time my food was supposed to be ready was helped. My food was cold. And it made me feel like my other food was old. I got a confirmation email at 6:28 pm saying my food was ready. But I was already there checked in and waiting since 6:15 pm. Why is it that they work in this manner. Something needs to change. (In my opinion) If you look at my photos I posted you can see the food. One of the entrees looked like they were half eaten.

Not a great experience, just moved to Washington first time here at panda express. Then come in to panda for many years in California but this was a bad experience very limited menu had to wait for chicken teriyaki if I wanted that so I opt for orange chicken which was available the chow mein was not ready had to wait for that to be cooked. Needless to say I was dissatisfied with what I got because of the very limited menu and other items available or we’re not even cook yet am I wrong or is this not supposed to be fast food shouldn’t they have items cooking already? Anyway ask for extra peppers in the come Powell lady said we can’t pick through the food and was rude about it again we’ve been going to panda express for many many years never have any other location ever told us this as a matter fact most say that many people don’t even eat the peppers so they have no problem giving us extra However this location just said we can’t pick through the food rude, for a punishment for asking for Extra red peppers we got one just one. Visited again and I would say it was a little better but It took a long time to get served. The cashier tried to help us as she noticed we were there for a while and the server was busy with a large complicated order. When the cashier did come over and ask us what we would like Angel told her something privately as she walked back to the cashier area to do nothing but wait for Angel to finish which took a while. Very annoying to us as we just watch and wait till Angela was done. When she did help she was bossy.

I just want to take a moment to give extremely high praise to Morgan at Panda Express. She was absolutely incredible—more than just helpful, she was genuinely understanding. I came in feeling a little off and ended up confusing the Ă  la carte side with the entrĂ©e. Morgan didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about it at all. Instead, she met me with kindness and empathy, and you could tell she truly felt my emotion in that moment. As someone who sometimes struggles emotionally, it meant the world to be met with compassion instead of judgment. Morgan’s energy and attitude reminded me why Panda Express is one of my favorite places. She’s the kind of person you hope to encounter when you’re having a rough day. Thank you, Morgan—you made a real difference, and I hope your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed. 🌟

I ordered a certain type of chicken online two days ago. It allowed me to cash out which it shouldn’t have if it wasn’t available . The team members told me to come back the following day and they’d have my food prepared around the same time. I came back and they were closed with a water heating issue. So I came back today during my 30 minute work lunch AGAIN they are closed!!! They told me they’d have my food ready for me at 1:30. This is freaking ridiculous!! I should be comped COMPLETELY for this meal or at least get a free meal because of the constant run around. I am pregnant as well so to be told my food will be ready during a certain time and it’s not ready and then day after day there are issues
this store needs a new manager. Time to get it together. I understand water heating issues but don’t promise me that my food will be ready when it WONT be ready!!! They have wasted THREE of my 30 minute lunches now
THREE DAYS IN A ROW. I wouldn’t be as upset if I didn’t have a baby in my stomach to feed too. And when the manager was explaining how they didn’t have my order ready he was smiling the whole time looking as though he was about to bust up laughing. Have better customer service. That’s not okay. Empathize with the customer. Sympathize with the customer but cheesing like that the whole time is not okay. I work in customer service so I understand when there are problems. This all could have been...
