Let me preface this with up until now I have had nearly no trouble with these guys until this went down.
November 21, 2024 5:13pm I was on the phone with the Tacoma store getting a watch ordered that I was qualified to finance and wanting to. The rep. Stated it would need to be orderd, it would take up to a few days to get it in. I stated great, get it ordered and I will come in when you get it in. Few days go by.. Hear nothing. Call the store on November 26th, 2024 11:27am I was put on hold for a couple min and then told they where waiting on the warehouse to get it in. Fast forward to today, November 30th, 2024 5:56pm called the Tacoma store back. Gave the rep. My info He state's there is nothing here about a a watch or anything to do with any order. And then stated that even though it's financed, I still had to put a down-payment on it before they would even order it. The deposit would have been no problem had it been stated at the begging of the actual order. The issue is the deceptiveness / lieing The entire nearly 10 days I had been waiting for something that wasn't even actually ordered by the store. And lied to over the phone. I could have gotten the device for 100's of dollars cheaper during that period of time I was waiting. But because I felt that customer loyalty to a business was more important I dident pull the trigger. You will not get any more business from my friends and family, and myself.. You wouldent even make any attempt to make it right. So much for loyalty.
Update: I decided to allow them to try and make things right. Hannah reached out to me via text, and ended up making things right after some conversation. She tried her best to get what I wanted and they weren't able to emediately, she took it further and made sure I ended up with what I was looking for. For that,...

Took the phone case that I purchased out of the original box to put it on the phone even though I said I wouldn’t be giving the phone to my daughter until May 23rd on her birthday and I was making the purchase on April 25th we finally reached her birthday today and the phone does not have all of its features operating the audio on the phone calls did not work. This associate called only 3 days after my purchase to ask for written review and I gave him a good one assuming that my experience would be like my last but it was not. Not only did I have to send my child off without her present the morning of her birthday but when actually looking at the protective case I purchased and assessing that It would not provide good enough protection for a 12 year old I asked for an exchange. But instead I was asked if I still have the packaging it came in! I couldn’t believe it. The associate removed the the packaging himself and threw it away the day of my purchase. Once he was told that he said they do not allow returns or exchanges. For me to be a customer who has spent thousands of dollars in there store I would think I would have gotten better treatment.For Christ sakes it was only a phone case asking to be exchanged that will now be trash because I have no use for. I am totally upset the phone I purchased in store I could have saved 200 dollars buying online and with the plug app or back market they have the same products better pricing! Read moreHere's how my experience getting a phone screen repaired went with this place... I bring the phone in, the person helping me was very nice and friendly. I get quoted a price, agree to it, and am told that they should have the new screen in store within the next 24 hours. Great!
Two days go by, no response, so I call. I am then informed that they cannot locate the device and would need some time to find it and then would call me back. After a couple of hours I call back again and am told that the device had been put 'somewhere' and that only the manager knew where, and that they were waiting for the manager to call them back to tell them where the phone had been put, and that they would call me when the phone had been found.
No call for the rest of the day, so I call again the next day and am told that the phone still has not been found and that they are currently looking for it and would call me.
I call again the day after that, and am told that the phone had been found, but they were waiting for the part to be transferred to their store from another store, due to 'shipping issues', even though I had been told it would arrive in less than 24 hours.
Fast forward to today, three days after my last call, I call again to get a status update. I'm told the phone is fixed and I can come get it. No call, no email, no text letting me know that... I had to call and find that out for myself.
Repairs look good, and the phone looks brand new. Only positive thing I...
