The family of Marilyn L. Marshall has such gratitude for Arin Rudd and the Florida Mortuary. Arin listened to me closely and understood where I was coming from as far as funeral expenses. She covered all avenues of burial and cremation with sympathy, and caring. I will add that we felt comfort and respect, a sort of peace, if you will, at our first meeting. Funerals, and everything that leads up to it, is never easy. Especially for one loved so much, my beloved mother. There are so many special items you can get, to have for a lifetime in remembrance of your loved one. I'm very happy Arin covered all these different items with us. Florida Mortuary is more than just a funeral home. They are the friends you need in times of tremendous grief. The Euhus and  Marshall families highly recommend this facility in that time of need, or to make yours, or other family members arrangement by preparing ahead of time, and eliminate heartache and confusion at the time of a loved one's death. Greitcha Quinones was friendly, compassionate, kind, and professional from start to finish. Her and the staff handled everything with the sensitivity and ease needed in the difficult area of death. The day we had to come and sign off on documents, select urns, and complete everything was very difficult. But I never felt rushed, prodded, or like it was business as usual. All the logistical items were clear, and they took the time to explain everything in detail. They definitely took our feelings and emotions seriously and that was very much appreciated.

Best Funeral Services showed great respect and care throughout. When I recently called and requested a document, Greitcha was very responsive and provided the information I needed right away. No hoops to jump through, or multiple calls to make. I highly recommend them.

My brother passed away unexpectedly in Tampa (we live on the East Coast). I had no idea who to call to honor his cremation wishes. As I always do to find and check reviews of people, places, and things, I googled funeral and cremation services in the area we were in near Moffitt Cancer Center and St. Joseph's Hospital. It was evening and after hours, yet this lovely voice belonging to Arin answered the phone and helped me every step of the way. They took such good care of my brother and even had him ready for pick up within a week. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Arin in person as she was busy with a funeral service when I went to Tampa to pick my brother up; however, a card was sent to me by the staff.
