Don’t use for insurance reinspections. My life has been a nightmare since I used him. Roof was fine as verified by the roofing expert after the fact who said the work he demanded was unnecessary but he did it anyways because I was paying him thousands of dollars. Insurance really on roofs right now and this guys decided to put a bunch of useless comments that confused them. Been fighting with insurance for 6 months now over incompetent detail and lack of knowledge. Really upset. Might need to report him to the licensing authorities to get the report invalidated for a new person to do it but even that might not be enough. Really wish I could roll back time and...
