My son and I and have shopped in this store on two different occasions and were followed as if we were going to steal. The first time, my son paid for his own things (spending over $60) and yesterday, I paid, and were treated as if we were shoplifters both times. As we observed the different body oils located in the front of the store, one of the employees stood directly behind us while speaking in his native language to the other two men that work there and all three pairs of their eyes were on us. We walked over to the locked jewelry case and received the same treatment. The guy walked over to where we has moved by the jewelry case and proceeded to continuously watch us. We were in front of the store in plain sight, directly in front of them, observing the oils and couldnāt get anything out of the case without them unlocking it with their keys so I donāt understand the reason for them treating us that way.
I do understand that some people do steal, but NOT everyone that comes into their store are thieves. They should learn better customer service skills and be more courteous, or not place their establishments in urban communities.
