Martial Arts Advantage — Attraction in Tampa

This is my first encounter with a martial arts program and there were plenty to choose from in our area. I was daunted with the task of finding the RIGHT fit for our daughter. I knew how integral the combination of martial arts training and socialization would be for our daughter to be able to handle herself in a professional and courteous manner outside of our home. We expect her to conduct herself accordingly in our presence but of course you put your child in environments that are outside of our levels of expectation and you never really know what the impact is on your child until it may be too late and bad behaviors or decision making have cost months of damage that has to be undone. For me in particular I was looking for not only a place my daughter could learn how to defend herself properly but also to learn the valuable lessons of mindful respect towards others in EVERY situation. I read reviews on several organizations and of course on Martial Arts Advantage as well. I always will think long and hard on what outside activities I allow our daughter to attend because I realize that those activities will influence our daughter in a positive or negative way. As any parent we always want to put our children into an organization that is going to be positive but it doesn't always work out that way. Thats why research and reading reviews are so helpful and Im am more than happy to endorse this organization 100%. Needless to say after 3 months of her attending Martial Arts Advantage I am more than thrilled with their professionalism and expertise in handling children and molding them into respectful children. I wanted something different to celebrate my grandson's 8th birthday. I googled and came across MAA as a possibility for a 'different' birthday party. I was sold the minute I spoke to Alex. He explained everything. Alex was personable and professional. He was not pushy and just told me to call if I had any additional questions and concerns. We did everything via text and phone. Yesterday was the party and Alex and MAA did not disappoint! What a fun time! The kids LOVED it. My grandson is still talking about it and now wants to take classes. Such a positive experience all around (and reasonable.) Alex is to be commended! He was in control, organized, made it fun for the children, and also made sure we, the adults, could enjoy ourselves too. This young man knows what he's doing! Do NOT hesitate to book a party at MAA. My Daughter Loves it! Great Teachers. I Love how the place is always clean, sometimes when you come in a little early you can catch them cleaning up after the camp kids and I mean wiping things down, vacuuming, moping etc.. It's really nice to see that because many places say they clean but who really knows.. It has a really really nice vibe. Everyone is so nice too one another, so respectful. Honestly I love the fact that this place gives you the opportunity to be able to be in the same room while your kid is doing their lesson or you also have the option to watch them through a glass window.
