I can confidently say that you will be in the best hands as far as working with a sales associate. His comprehensive product knowledge and vast experience make him a true expert. In fact, When complementing him for his effortless “knack” of zeroing in on my specific design and functional preferences (despite not communicating them to him as readily and clearly as I would’ve liked) all the while, quickly putting it into a vision we could tangibly achieve, he humbly responded by sharing that he has been doing this for a long time (his family has been in the furniture business for over 40 years). Now THAT’S actual experience. But he is really gifted too.

Do not purchase furniture at this location. I purchased over $7000 in furniture with the expectation of having the protection plan on it as I always have any other time I had purchased furniture from Rooms to Go. Nothing it wrong with my furniture and I would much rather have the plan paid for and not use it then need it and not have it especially on a leather sofa set. I was also not provided my furniture care kit for the first time ever. During the purchase process I made several attempts to get in touch with the sales person Richard and they would tell me he called out sick or his car broke down etc. none of my business. I was not made aware that I did not have the protection plan until 11/23/2024 when I went to a different Rooms to go where we had an amazing sales person who let me know i did not have it. I was told to call back the store I purchased the furniture from originally. The 2 girls that answer the phone there are the best employees in the building. After being told to call several different numbers and transfers I was finally able to talk to a manager at the Tampa location Liz. She sounded like she wanted to be helpful. She attempted to find more information but I was told basically that she would talk to the sales person. This does not help me in any way. So I am the one who didn't do my job and go behind the sales person to make sure he did his job. This store does not care about anything other than sales and numbers. Go to Westley Chapel instead if you choose to purchase from Rooms to go. Also Liz brought to my attention that Rooms to Go does not have a return policy. She would not provide a way to talk to anyone above her. Ran away...

Today I called the store with questions in regards to very specific measurements for a chaise sofa I was looking for. The voice on the other end sounded very cheerful and eager to assist! I was asked to come in and take a look thru the showroom and boy was I impressed. Pablo is who I spoke to over the phone and also Pablo is who assisted me thru the entire process, in showing me all the options! Not only did he help me find the Right chaise sofa, he gave me four color options, he also showed me about 50 options for accent/throw pillows! I am beyond pleased with what I’m walking away with! He was very friendly, not pushy at all like other sales agents at Ashley furniture!!! Pablo gave me some space to speak to my spouse so we could decide what we liked best, he came back thru to finish the deal in a prompt timely fashion!!! I was just about to leave and then thought Why not also purchase a coffee table to pair with my sofa right? I seen just about all the options in coffee tables, chose what we liked best and he helped me add it to my purchase. Easy process in and out in 30 minutes! He showed me all my payment options and also let me know they have tons of other types of furniture and mattresses to consider in the future! I will not only be back, but I will little by little furnish my entire home with goods at this location and Pablo will be there to help assist thru it all! 10/10 I recommend this location and Pablo!
