When my computer wouldn't charge, my daughter recommended them and I followed her advice - anything to avoid a trip to Albuquerque. I jokingly made a comment about "please save me from a trip to the Apple store." (Don't get me wrong - never had a bad experience at an Apple store but it's a two and a half hour drive each way,) The nice person waiting on me said "I don't think you have to worry. We've got a great team here." He was right and I had my computer back in less than a day and a half. What a great find in a town where that is not always the case....
Read moreI was sent here by Russell cellular who's rep broke the sim tray switching sims on my new phone. They said he could fix it, and he did. However he felt that Verizon should pay the invoice ($20). He and I both spent about an hour on the phone, during which the employee at Verizon lied and said they didn't break it and the owner said they wouldn't pay. (See review for south side Verizon store) Gary didn't charge me, and I loved his professional attitude! I just wish the cheapskate owner of Russel cellular would pay his invoice and replace my sim tray. I'd give E.S. 10...
