Starbucks — Restaurant in Taos

The Starbucks in Taos, N.M. is located inside the Albertson's Grocery Store, immediately to the left as you walk into the store's south entrance. This Starbucks has a decent size space of its own, despite the fact it's inside the Albertson's grocery store. This Starbucks has five or six tables for its guests and the employees of this Starbucks keep their coffee shop clean and organized. The employees make delicious Starbucks Coffee in all the same varieties as any other place, including the Mocha Coffee, my personal favorite. The Taos Starbucks actually has a nice, comfortable ambience, for being inside a much larger store. They also prepare and serve the delicious, quality breakfast and lunch sandwiches. So next time you're in Taos and you need a Great cup of Wake Up, stop by the Albertson's Grocery Store at the Cruz Alta Shopping Center and enter through the store's south entrance; once you're inside the store, turn to the left and you will see Starbuck's. Wow, the blonde manager is super rude. She was too busy yelling at an employee to get my drink right. I have mild nut and dairy allergies so I politely asked her to remake it and apologized to her, but she seemed super annoyed...She remade it and gave me the exact same incorrect order. She seemed like she was more focused on taking her frustrations out on the employee then making my drink. After the third time of me clarifying my order, apologizing, and politely asking her to remake it, she took my drink and started mumbling insults at ME. I was very nice to her and I understand that everyone is under increased stress lately, there was really no need to insult me... I hope she takes a vacation because she seemed very over-worked and stressed. I got a refund and will not be back due to...

The cashier was super rude. No greeting, no thank you, no smile and surly attitude. I asked if they had the new apple pastry. She shrugged and said, No. I looked in the pastry cabinet and saw a pastry so I asked what it was....surprise! New Apple Pastry! I said I'd like that. She says, "it's from the cabinet." I was confused why she said that. She handed me the pastry in a bag and then looked away. That was the end of our interaction. The barista was in a boisterous gossipy conversation with a store employee while she was making my drink. The drink wasn't great.
