The worst! They open at 10 am but sign on door says be back in 8 mins...we arrived a little after 10am, Brandon ( I think that was his name) arrived at 10:38am!! We drove 80 miles to go to the nearest store, they were supposed to help us. The phone was broken so couldn't retrieve their stupid code so they couldn't help. Gave him a drivers license and account number ...Nope not helping US!! Poor customer service!!! Got home called 611, they helped him but even that was subpar...customer service what a joke...Phillipines they speak English but don't understand your response. As soon as the billing cycle ends, we're switching carriers! worthless customer and crappy service! No wonder our store closed in Colorado!

The guy seemed like we were bothering him. We were checking which phone would serve our purpose.He told us if you are sure come back when you can decide. He didn't have any customers. He was rude.so we left.changed to different company. I just had paid our account. Now I need a refund. Before that a few months I had gone in to Asked about MMB y billing. The staff are unintelligent, misinformed, belligerent jerks who should all be fired. The company should probably be closed down. When you sign up for service they make you pay for a protection plan which is really a plastic holder and a glass cover for your phone. These items should come free with the phone if they are a necessary part of having a phone. Then, when they are installing the glass on the front of your phone they don't know to use the wipe in the package marked 1 before the one in the package marked 2. They always crack the glass just enough so that it lasts for about 3 weeks then it had to be replaced (for $20.00). They are a rip off company with rip...
