My mother scheduled an appointment to have her hair done. After being told everything she wanted was do-able. The appointment was canceled the day of by the stylist. She explained to my mother. she had other clients and no longer had time to get coloring. She didn't offer to reschedule with my mother. She simply told her to cancel and thats that. The whole thing is extremely unprofessional.

I stand by my first review. It's unprofessional to be aware of an appointment for days and not acquire the proper tools to complete the task. I find it unprofessional to tell the client in the consultation that what she wanted was do-able, schedule with her. And than cancel and explain that the proccess isn't actually what she would want the day of. I didn't say she couldn't reschedule. You never offered too reschedule with her. I am impressed with the knowledge on natural hair. The shop is clean. I was grateful to see that with covid still an issue she took the necessary steps to ensure both of our safeties. I got a hydration treatment for the first time. She took the time to explain all aspects of the treatment and walked me thru each step.
