Very poor my son took his 1997 gt must there to get moter mounts installed and they were smoking pot on the job. Which I have no problem if they smoke pot. But not on the job or working on my son's car because they broke his msd coil pack and did not stand behind them breaking it . The coil cost my son110 dollars for the nrw coil pack. Then I took my 2013 ford escape the for front struts again smoking pot on the job. It was too late when I seen they had already broke my contol spindle. Which cost me 80 dollars used at holbrooks. Again they did not stand behind breaking the part they broke. The only reason we had them do the work is because we had are tools in storage. Because we were waiting to close on our home. I am 62 yrs old been working on cars since I was 15. I grew up in taylor all my life. I have never seen a mess up shop like this one. Before they work on your car make sure they are certified as I know aj is not. There certified docs. Should be posted on the walls in office showing what they are certified for. Oh I forgot I had bought a new flow master dual catback aluminized tubing. I had the drivers side tip need to be adjust down just a tad. And the aj guy which I told him do not put no heat or weld on tubing or tube claps. But yet he tac welded the tube clamp I then he broke a clamp bolt. I went and order new tube and clamp and bolt and fix it myself. Remind I had just put that Flowmaster set on that same day. Again damage my parts. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE IN MY OPION AND EXPERIENCES WITH THIS MUFFLER MAN. THEY DAMAGE MORE THEN THEY FIX. I WOYLD NOT REFER ANYBODY TO GO THERE FOR REPAIR OR I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLES THERE. These guys are fast and honest. My original caliper on my Cadillac seized up on me. Update: I made the post below post approximately 3 days ago. After submitting it I got a call from Joe at Muffler Man. He indicated that the previous management was not performing per Muffler Man standards and wanted to make it right. He invited me back to the location to fix the aforementioned issues. I have to say they knocked it out of the park. Mr Chamberlain, AKA, pipestein, performed an absolute gem. Removed the old muffler and exhaust and installed a new high performance muffler and exhaust. I could not be more happier. Thank you to you both and I look forward to doing business in the future.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Purchased a new exhaust system and it was a complete failure. Not only did they install the wrong muffler that I purchased but they got grease on my cloth seat in two locations. I contacted the place of business and they directed me to their headquarters. I've contacted the headquarters on multiple occasions only to be given the runaround. I called the manager immediately after discovering the grease and also sent photos.
