I went to the puff factory today to get a couple vapes. Madison was working and she was absolutely amazing!!! Smoke shops in the past have usually made me nervous because I’m still new to vapes and don’t always know what to get but she was so helpful, non judgmental, friendly, and knowledgeable on exactly what I needed.
