So they have a great selection of tools and wood and everything a professional or amateur woodworker would need. Very cool inventory and their selection of hardwoods was great. Woodworkers Paradise. However, their selection of softer woods was not so good. All I was looking for was a piece of spruce and they didn't have it. And let's talk about their customer service. I counted at least five employees walking around. One employee was heavily engaged with another customer. Three of the other ones made eye contact with me and then looked away. One dude was watching TV. I was completely ignored. I'm a department manager at Lowe's and if my guys treated the customers like that, we'd be having a nice little chat. Your guys need to engage! Pretty much everything you sell, I can get online without getting out of my chair. So what's the reason I need to come in there? Well, it's to ask questions, to get answers, suggestions, highlight products for their features etc. if you don't do that for the customer then there's no reason for me to come in there? And I couldn't help but notice that the woman in the high heels that showed up in the Audi did get their attention . If I got to show you my moobs to get engagement, just let me know. It has been a little over a year since Rockler has moved in to my neighborhood. I go in there at least once a week. Every time I go, I am treated extremely well! I am on first name basis with almost everyone over there. They are always giving me good ideas to help my project go better. I do enjoy Rockler

Rockler is one of my favorite places to shop, When I go in i'm welcomed as i enter. Then if i need help or have questions, some one seems to always be available to address my concerns. This last visit, Mark helped me, along with Adam checking to make sure I was being taken care of.

My most recent visit to Rockler included a purchase of some dye that Marty helped me pick out. I like Rockler because their employees are so knowledgable and nice.

If your into woodworking this is a great store. The reason i go here is They have a random cut off box with tons of different and exotic pieces of wood that you can buy for a great price. They also sell everything a woodshop needs from clamps to full on table saws. I really enjoy just looking around at all the product they have for sale. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because In my opinion their prices are higher then I'd expect them to be but that's just me. I know they stock good quality products that you can't find at local hardware stores and would definitely send people here if asked but sometimes a few bucks can make or break a sale and whenever I've wanted to purchase something specific from there The cost made me decide to buy elsewhere. So yea if spending the few extra bucks for the better quality product is what you want id def say go here because...
