Read moreI absolutely love this place. If you like lifting, but not super intense, and you like group classes, you'll love this place too! The coaches are great, will correct form, the music is always on point, and you'll always feel welcome. I have gained so much strength, have got my tone back, and have made so many friends. The community is so supportive and friendly and there are classes throughout the day, plus you have some open gym hours as well. Michael, the owner, has done an incredible job with FRAME and I so highly recommend it if you're looking to build muscle.
